Can anyone help me find out what this is / how to make it? (requires Kanji Japanese)

I've spent a good hour now doing Google searches, and even attempting
to pick out characters from the internet to use in coordination with a
translator because I've lost the recipe for this product in English.

I'm pretty sure it's Kombucha - but there aren't any images of this on Google
while searching for osk-odani, the company from which it was manufactured.

the first char is "ume" or plum, and it's probably some kind of plum tea/beverage

instructions go like this (sort of)

-Use one bag of this product per 100 cc (of hot water?)
-Use it to soak yaburikake, onigiri or some -inhaling products?- in the tea/beverage

I guess it is some kind of plum-flavored marinade/tea beverage to soak some japanese food in, like onigiris, lol

seeing as how it says 'tea', presumably you just add hot water

edit: found the instructions http://www.osk-odani.co.jp/xoops/uploads/photos/33.pdf

Domo arigato!

That must be talking about the little crunchy beads that it came with!

from what i've seen 'kobu' = 'konbu', ie it's just a spelling variant, since the two are pronounced much the same there is basically no difference
