Can I post this here?

Now that I have your attention I like to show you my UU Offence team. It has been going extremely well and has won 9 out of 11 fights and I just made it today. The whole point of this team is to use Resist and get guys in to kill. Without a futher adue here's the team :)

nidoking.png

Henry the III (Nidoking) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Sucker Punch
- Taunt

This guy is my own creation. He is a great Suicide lead thanks to his decent speed and nice typing. Earthquake for a reliable STAB move and Sucker Punch for the common Jynx leads, it also let's him finish of Sashed pokes. Taunt so he can shut down set up leads. Most people don't expect King to have Taunt to so they try to set up.

absol.png

Disaster (Absol) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Superpower
- Night Slash

This guy is so broken. He will be BL soon, but untill then I'm gonna use him. Superpower and Night Slash is only Walled by Toxicroak who outspeeds me anyway. This guy is so broken that he OHKOs Primeape and other Absols with Sucker Punch after a Sword Dance. He is mostly a late game sweeper and comes out after a kill or if Toxicroak is about to get hit by a Psychic move

toxicroak.png

Ribbit (Toxicroak) (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Sucker Punch
- Earthquke

This guy is a complete monster. Has help me a lot agints Rain Dance teams and takes Water attacks for the team. He also takes the Bug attacks and Dark. I use Earthquake in the last slot so I can destroy other Poisons who doesn't take much from my other attacks

primeape.png

Mad Monk (Primeape) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 48 HP/252 Atk/206 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Comabat
- Ice Punch
- Punishment
- U-turn

This guy is my revenge killer and he takes the Sleep for the team. I used to have a Scyther here, but he took to much damage from Stealth Rock and didn't have much type coverage, but this guy is great. Standard set so you guys know what he does

rotom.png

Old School (Rotom) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Trick

Takes the Fighting, Ground, Normal and Electric attacks for the team. Tricks walls and if I don't need to Trick then I have one powerful Rotom. Hidden Power [Grass] over Hiddne Power [Fighting] since I have three Pokemon with a Strong fighting move

ninetales.png

Cursed Fox (Ninetales) (F) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/4 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Flamethrower
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Rock]

This guy is shiney, but I couldn't find the right picture. He is my Mid to Late game sweeper and takes the Fire attacks for the team. I'm thinkng of giving her Fire Blast over Flamethowe because I need the extra power since I'm using Lum Berry over Life Orb. I choose Lum Berry so I don't get slowed down by a random Thunder Waver. Hidden Power [Rock} so I can hit other Fires and Altaria

Well there's the team, I hope you find something I haven't seen. And if you post anything but help then I will think of it as Spamming and report you. So don't say "Your weak to [Pokemon]" if you not gonna tell me how I should fix that. So thank you for your time :)

Attention
I am # 31 on the Shoddy UU Leader board woth this team... Yay :)

Hmm you have just one Special Sweeper, physical walls could give you problem even if your attacks are SE (like Steelix once your Ninetales is down). You could always run something like Jynx or Drifblim over Scyther or Toxicroak. On Toxicroak maybe you could use the Sub-Punch set. Just a thought.

Rotom is a Special Sweeper, look at his EV spread. I need Scyther since I need that Ground and Grass resist (Rotom doesn't stay alive long enough). I need Toxicroak for his Water and Rock resist. I'll try a Sub Punch set soon, I think it will work well since I switch him in on Water types and they almost always switch since they can't do much.

Thanks for the help and I will get back to you with the results

Oh oops sorry overlooked that :P
I think that a ScarfTrick Rotom might work better, with Trick over Reflect. If you trick it onto a wall, they get devastated and if you dont, you get a good revenge killer.
I think a SubPunch would be greatly beneficial, you get protection against status and with FocusPunch-Sucker Punch-EQ(for opposing Toxis) you can pretty much sweep UU.
Although for some weird reason, I fail with Toxicroak :P

I really like the team, and while it lacks good switch-ins to the more common threats of the metagame, it is not without revenge killers or ways to deal with them. The only thing I worry about is your choice of Scyther as your revenge killer. With the omniscience of Stealth Rock, and the nature of a revenge killer to make multiple switch-ins during a battle, making your primary revenge killer one that is 4X weak to Stealth Rock seems kind of antithetical to the role it's trying to play. That and its lack of great Type coverage makes it a rather specialized Pokemon for the role. As a revenger, type coverage is key and Scyther unfortunately just plain doesn't have it.

A pokemon that DOES have great type coverage and is an amazing Revenge killer is Primape. Do not let the addition of another Fighting type Pokemon put you off of doing this. Never are you going to be swept by a Psychic type with that team, and even if you are in the process of being so, Primeape is faster so you need not worry. Not only does Primape have better type coverage than Scyther, but he has a the desirable Stealth Rock resistance meaning he can function as a great revenger throughout the entire game. You'll never find yourself in a position where Stealth Rock damage prevents you from doing your job. Primape also has the benifit of putting a lot more pressure on your opponent, forcing more switches, and more SR damage on the opposing team. All and all, Primape seems to be a much better Pokemon for the position you're trying to fill

Primeape @ Choice Scarf
Adamant Nature
48 HP / 252 Atk / 208 Spe

Close Combat
Ice Punch
Punishment
U-turn

----------------------------------------------------------------

I don't know if I like the use of Nidoking as your lead. He isn't really all that "fast" and he has trouble setting up rocks, even with taunt. If you really want to guarantee the rocks first turn, while being able to still taunt the slower users of Stealth Rock, Nidoqueen does the job just as well, but better because of her bulk.

Nidoqueen @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
252 HP / 200 Def / 12 SpD / 44 Spe

Stealth Rock
Taunt
Ice Beam
Earthpower

This set still outruns all of the users of stealth rock who would be used as leads, so you can still Taunt them. It also gets great type coverage with Earthpower and Ice Beam. Overall, it doesn't trade off that much offensive might for the ability to guarantee those rocks that your team so desperately needs.

-----------------------------------------------------

With only two attacks, Rotom isn't going to be sweeping anyone anytime soon. The super effective damage that the two moves afford will be more than enough power, I'd like to see the SpA EVs shifted into HP so that it can do the job you want it to more effectively.

----------------------------------------------------

Other than those three things, i really like the team. These may seem like huge changes to the team, but they actually aren't as the Pokemon that I suggested fufill the same roles that their predecessors did, only better.

Good luck with the team!

MGX:
I already have a Revenge killer so I won't give him Scarf. I did have Specs, but they didn't help much.

I'm gonna test out that SubPunch set by the way. It looks pretty good
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LonelyNess:
I'm gonna try Ape and I'm sure he will work out :)

The reason I use King is for the suprise factor and the extra power in his attacks. Most people don't expect King to be a Suicide lead so they act like it's a MixKing or BandKing and swith to a counter while I set some Rocks up for free. Most people don't expect him to have Taunt either so they waste a turn trying to set up, just to get Taunted. I'm gonna keep King, he's been working great for me.

Are the other Rotom forms UU for now? If so I will use them, but if not then I will try Rotom as TrickSpecs with Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Hidden Power [Grass]/Trick. I went with the other set because Hitmonlee and Top were giving me problems with Sucker Punch and Trick isn't always reliable.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks you two for the help, I'll test everything today and get back to you guys with the results :)
