Can someone tell me how to see the EVs and IVs f a Pokemon?!

I heard that a lot of people have seen Pokemons Ivs and Evs and they found out how its hacked. I would Love to know this because I think I have a couple of Hacked Pokes I got from a trade! Oh and also how do you see its Secret ID?!

Knowing the IVs and EVs of a Pokemon doesn't necessarily tell you if it is hacked or not...

And the Secret ID is called as such for a reason - you can't see it unless you have a program like Pokesav.
 
Only the poorest of hacks will be obvious by glancing at its IVs and EVs; i.e. 31 IVs across the board and/or 255 EVs in every stat.

Theoretically, a "perfect" Pokemon (one with 31 in all IVs) can exist, but the odds are far too long on it happening imo. 255 EVs in every stat is obviously a hack though.
