Can this be fixed?

sometimes wen i battle people the instantly leave and it wont allow me to claim victory so i have to forfeit and lose some ranking points while they gain them is there any possible way that can be fixed?
 
Give the claim button a minute to work. Sometimes it takes about 30 seconds to work


also this really belongs in the simple questions, simple answers thread
