I believe we have already discussed each types advantages and disadvantages at least a dozen times now. I think the best course of action is to simply wait and see who actually wins. Meanwhile, we all need to think of a suitable Physica/Special, Offensive/Defensive bias for this creation.

ok, but seriously...i asked on the first page where fighting and no secondary type went as options...i don't see an answer. voted water, and I know TL has a lot of discretion, but that seems a bit much to me...
not that i'm questioning the decision, but i do think a bit of rationale behind it is deserved by the community. that's all.

I already explained why I chose to disallow Fighting in the OP, and mono-Electric is effectively in the same boat as Fighting, except it doesn't even have the Rock resist going for it. While I do want to present as many decent options as possible, I really do *not* like typings for this Pokemon that don't provide resists to key offensive types that are usually backed up by STAB. The only reason why I would have allowed it would be to appease people who liked it, which is ultimately not my main goal, OR my job.
