I know it hasn't been done for CAP in a while, but I think creating a new ability for this concept is the way to go. (Basically Overlord Derp idea).
I was just thinking about how interesting a pokemon could be if it had an ability that was an automatic Grudge if fainted by an attacking move. I really feel like this ability wouldn't be broken by itself, but when used in the right situation, could flip a match around. Some pokemon could be absolutely crippled if they lost the wrong move, giving major momentum for your team. However, it would take some skill to use this effectively, and it could be nullified by using indirect damage to faint this CAP.
To further enhance this ability, you could give this CAP a good defensive type with only a couple weaknesses, increasing the chance that it is fainted by a certain type of move. Then, form your team to benefit from your opponent possibly losing these types of moves. Also, giving this CAP good support moves would give your opponent reason to remove this CAP asap.
Anyway, this was just an idea I had (and I'm posting this from my phone) so sorry this is a little short. I just thought this was an interesting concept.
