And with that, CAP 2 is functionally complete!
Temperantia's entry wins this one! Now, there is something that has been slightly bugging me about this, and Temperantia brought it up in his post. I think I will open a poll that asks the community if they'd allow a slight grammatical adjustment to Temperantia's in order to fix the strange wording in the first sentence. This means that while CAP 2 is functionally complete, there will be one last poll before it is totally complete. I know, leave it to me to drag this on longer, huh? Sorry, but as someone kind of big into grammar, this is something I can't live with myself without doing! Stay tuned!
