Dragon's up top since CAP hasn't done a pure typing since Strategem, but all four that I've voted for can do the concept just well as each other I feel.

I like reachzero's idea of a trapping move used as coverage and to lure or dissuade switches to checks.

Edit: I also like nv's point about the CAP not being Ground-weak.
