The lightningrod antlers combines with the name of the common European deer "roe", while still reflecting the typing if pronounced like "lightning grow".

Relkan

"railgun" + "elk"
Elk that can fire off electric attacks off its horn like a railgun.

Pronounced: "REL-kahn"
IPA: ɹeɪlkʌn

Final Submission

Wattpiti

A combination of "Watt," the unit of electrical power, and "Wapiti," a word for North American elk.

Pronounced: "WAHT-pih-tee"
IPA: wɑtpɪti

Final Submission

Diodolph

"Diode" (As in light-emitting diodes, or LEDs) + "Rudolph" (Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer).

Pronounced: "DYE-oh-dolf"
IPA: daɪoʊdɒlf

I feel that light makes for a fine common ground between the Electric and Grass typings, as both have strong associations with luminescence. I can definitely see aspects of 25g's design glowing, particularly the hooves and antlers (and the nose!), so this name definitely aims to reflect that :)
