Final Submission
Thanks to iFeedback for suggesting such a cool Shiny Palette, I look forward to Elsastrom making it on many teams.
Thanks also to Pipotchi and Reiga for the amazing model that really helped me fix Snaelstrom's head for the backsprite.
Thanks to Quanyails and everyone else on discord for QC suggestions.
Comparison Test:
I chose to compare it to similarly sized quadrupedal water starters (and Feraligatr since its 7 ft 7) As we can see despite being one of the tallest (same number as pixels as Meganium) its head is of a comparable size to even smaller starters like Samurott and Feraligatr. The comparison also helped me tweak Snaelstrom's palette to be a bit more bright.
