Ultimately, while Fire/Flying could definitely work, I don't find it to be anything interesting or unexplored. We've seen both Talonflame and Moltres serve as offensive utility mons before in various metagames. The two dragon types are at least a bit more unexplored, since Reshiram and Turtonator have never really been used this way and Dragalge only kinda in that you could use it as an offensive TSpiker (though it was more often than not Specs). That said, Poison/Dragon seems ill advised given what is good/common in the meta.
