Purifying Salt
Storm Drain: Having a Fire-Type be immune to Water-type attacks is already insane enough (just look at primal groudon) but its very useful for a pokemon like this one. A bit of a disadvantage to having an attack change your form rather than an ability isn't just taking up an attack slot, but it also takes up a turn to attack/defend/etc, leaving you fragile. Using this ability, you can switch in whilst and get hit by a water type attack, raising your special attack, possibly causing them to swap out while you set up CAP Song. I know that's a weak example, but I'm sure it can be used well.
No Guard: This is already a very overpowered ability, and applying it to a pokemon like this would make it much more versatile in offense, as well as making up the one turn of using CAP Song. dont got nothing else to say other than to not give it an ohko move lol
Purifying Salt: I already really like this ability. Status moves can no long wilt you down as well as a resistance to ghost because why the hell not? While this is not as great as the other two options, it can have some potential...

Hospitality - It's good, but I don't really see much potential on a pokemon like this besides the support.
Lighting Rod - Again, not a bad ability, but Storm Drain is right there. It just makes this ability look completely out of pocket.
