Hello again, everyone here already knows who I am, and I don't really have a ton to say regarding this stage right now, so I'll just go over a couple of formalities before I open the floodgates
As the Stats Leader, I reserve the right to reject any spreads that I deem to be too powerful and/or are engaging in BSR abuse. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me, and I'll try to identify any problems I have with your spread and offer some suggestions to help make them more suitable for submission. Also, when constructing spreads, please remember to use the most up-to-date BSR Calculator (which can be found in the OP) and that you have the correct T-value of T = 2 (you can change the T-value by going to the sheet labeled "Turns Value (T)" and changing the number in the green box to 2). Finally, make sure to supply relevant damage calculations, as these often play a very crucial role in determining which spreads make it onto the slate and which are left on the cutting room floor.

This spread is inspired by Pokémon with sky-high Attack stats, like Landorus-Therian and Hoopa-U, that function more in Utility/Tank roles than as pure wallbreakers. With no investment and a neutral nature, 139 Attack achieves guaranteed 2HKOs on physically defensive Arghonaut after Leftovers, defensive Great Tusk, and Offensive Zamazenta. 65 Speed outspeeds some targets for Taunt, like Snaelstrom or Venomicon, but the main draw is that we can afford EVs to outspeed Arghonaut as a key interaction while maintaining our other defensive marchups.
This spread allows a bit of customizability and for us to choose our matchups, which is described in the following spreads:
EV Spread 1: 248 HP/176+ Def/84 Spe (Impish)
While reaching the offensive 2HKOs mentioned above, this spread can live two Ivy Cudgels from Terastallized Wogerpon while always 2HKOing it back (or OKHOing the base form). Offensive Zamazenta gets a guaranteed 3HKO, while Offensive Great Tusk's Ice Spinner and even tech options get shut down. 84 points can be invested in Speed to shoot us over Arghonaut, preventing the use of its Spikes or Recovery. We also output almost the same damage to Hemogoblin as it does to us with Pixiespeed, ensuring it can never switch into us if both are healthy. ST is the definition of "passable" here, living strong neutral special attacks from targets we can hit supereffectively, such as Gholdengo's Make it Rain and Specs Draco Meteor from Dragapult.

The more offensive option. With a switch of nature and these EVs, we ensure an OHKO on Revenankh, CB Rillaboom with Beak Blast; or Glowking and item-having Offensive Gholdengo or Iron Crown with Knock Off. Other neat interactions are 2HKOing Mollux and Physically defensive Snaelstrom after Poison Heal (Protect isn't considered because I assume we Taunt it first in the 1v1). We still aren't 2HKOed by Offensive Zamazenta or Great Tusk's supereffective coverage. But now 37 is guaranteed to get 2HKOed from Tera Water Ivy Cudgel as a downside.

Alternatively, if we think the Arghonaut MU is fine without us outspeeding it, we can go minimal EVs on Spe to creep up to Corviknight and invest the rest in defense to increase our margins a bit.
Assumed Moves: Sucker Punch
Assumed EV Spread: 248 HP / 88 Atk / 92 Def / 52 SpD / 28 Spe
Assumed Nature: Impish
You're going to have to bear with me a bit as I explain what I've made here. For all calcs, I have used an EV spread of 248 HP / 88 Atk / 92 Def / 52 SpD / 28 Spe with an Impish nature. This is the spread I came to while working with these stats as covering the most bases defensively with the rest shuffled into Attack.
Let's go over the offensive calcs first. The big offensive calc I wanted to hit was a guaranteed OHKO on Ogerpon-W with Beak Blast, which this spread achieves. For Speed, 64 Speed naturally outpaces Snaelstrom, preventing it from using Toxic with Taunt. With the 28 EVs from my assumed EV spread, it also outpaces Corviknight, which can be helpfui for keeping it low and preventing Pressure from eating into Beak Blast too much.
Defensive calcs are where this spread gets more interesting. This spread, with the assumed EVs and Impish nature, can survive 2 Tera Water Ivy Cudgels from Ogerpon-W. Additionally, it can take 2 Make It Rains from Choice Scarf Gholdengo. My goal was to make a truly impressive defensive Flying-type, something that would justify it's place in the builder over Pokemon like Tornadus-T through its bulk. Something I wanted to preserve was Dragapult as a not totally solid matchup. This spread obviously easily eats Shadow Ball and physical sets alive, but specs Draco Meteor still exactly 2HKOes.

Assumed EV Spread: 248 HP / 212 Atk / 12 SpD / 36 Spe
Assumed Nature: Adamant
This particular spread is the 3rd rendition I have done because I am constantly messing with the limits to try and fit everything I can/want into what 37 should do.
An Adamant nature with the given EVs guarantees the OHKO on uninvested Gholdengo or the 2HKO on the bulky set with Knock Off.
An EV spread of 248 / 212+ / 0 / 0- / 12 / 36 allows 37 hit hard while also

114.88 PS / 60.64 SS / 103.88 PT / 126.23 ST (584.92 BSR)
A fairly all-rounder set, made with the purpose of being flexible in what IV's it could run. My main point of focus on this spread was the speed, which allowed for the highest attack possible with minimal investment needed for outspeeding Jolly Kingambit, as well as speedcreeping bulkier Gholdengo and Pecharunt sets.
This spread leans into the priority of Sucker Punch and Beak Blast, and gives up on naturally outspeeding other Pokemon (though it is formidable under Trick Room). This spread frees up EVs from Speed so users can opt to maximize attack, or invest EVs in bulk and rely on natural high Attack to break. The bulk with 252 HP/0 Def/0 SpD hits some solid benchmarks against meta threats, being relatively difficult to 2HKO while with further EV investment, can avoid some KOs that are rolls without defensive invesstment (like +2 Gholdengo Make it Rain).
Notable defensive calcs include living 2 Make it Rains from Scarf Gholdengo, 2 Ivy Cudgels from Ogerpon-W, and not being 2HKO'd by Boots Great Tusk Ice Spinner or Boots Zamazenta Close Combat at 252 HP/0 Def. This even lives Tera Fairy Hemogoblin's Extremespeed, which is impressive.
Notable offensive calcs include 2HKOing Clefable with Beak Blast (Can ignore Moonlight and pressure forever), KOing offensive Gholdengo with minimal investment Sucker Punch, and OHKOing Great Tusk always with Beak Blast. Sadly, it is only 30% to OHKO offensive Zamazenta with Dauntless Shield, but you can't have everything in life.
Of course, this nukes Revenankh like we want. Additionally, it can't do >50% to our intended checks (Zapdos, Garganacl) after item is removed, and always goes after, so we lose the 1v1. Let's ignore the fact that this blows through Shox and Cresceidon...
EDIT: After feedback on Discord, I made it 6 Speed for a nice 530 BST (they didn't like 9 speed for some reason). No change to BSR since SF not affected by this at all.

This spread focusses on a more offensive build whilst it still remains to keep an advantageous amount of physical bulk to common checks it wants to beat in the meta, most notably Revenankh, Ogerpon-W, Zamazenta and more. Unlike my original WIP build, this spread also focusses a lot more on the usage of Body Press to be able to be an almost guaranteed check to Kingambit and Garganacl (With Tera Fighting.) compared to other more defensive builds which may struggle especially with the latter outside of attempting to slow it down outside of using Taunt. This spread slightly sacrifices it's SpDef that gives it slightly worse MU's against Gholdengo (which was already somewhat shaky to deal with defensively,) without sacrificing the offensive or physically defensive capabilities however not too low to the point where it can't be done if built in a very specially defensive way.
Trying a rather different approach from the other spreads, choosing to go for a way faster option that chooses to sacrifice a bit of special bulk for better speed and physical tankiness. This spread with max speed jolly always outspeeds Great Tusk, allowing you to roost in front of it and anything slower than it. With rocks chip you can force out Gholdengo with your knock off, and still have enough physical bulk without investment to threaten out needed targets like sd gliscor, zama and revenankh. Your special bulk isn't much, but is serviceable enough to avoid flash cannon 2hko from equilibra.
Alternatively, you can forgoe the speed investment and still outspeed stuff like no speed gliscor and all libra and gambit variants, maximizing on bulk to better threaten the likes of libra and gambit.
First thoughts: Relatively balanced spread with focus on Attack. 132 positive nature no investment is the magic number for 2hkoing bulky mons like Argh Zama, Tusk and bulky Dengo.
Allows for EV flexibility depending on what you want the Mon to do. Generally assumed Max HP some Atk with positive nature and rest dumped into defenses. Can put Atk Evs into speed to creep some walls.
(I'm still working on the defensive profile and calcs)
I went quite front-heavy here, almost like Ursaluna or Melmetal, but not quite that bulky. It's a similar offensive statline to Rysachi's spread, but I'm going to be assuming we run 252+ Attack most of the time here. With an attack stat that high, yes you can aim for some targets without (much) investment, but the potential to wallbreak with full offensive investment is tempting. If you really wanted to, Tera Dark will net you even more benchmarks, but defensive Teras are still perfectly servicable. Most of the remaining EVs can go into bulk, but much like other slower wallbreaker type mons you could try and speed creep some defensive mons too. Sucker Punch is pretty important for some faster, frailer targets, be it through some OHKOs on Swords Dancers, or 2HKOs after a big Knock Off or Beak Blast.

I've found that going in on defenses over hp allows you to decrease the BSR while maintaining an identical defensive profile due to the way that the formula accounts for ev's. As doing this gives 37 more power with body press, I see no reason not to focus the defenses over the hp. The spare BSR has gone into a slightly better offensive profile that KO's chuggalong 100% of the time (before it was a very good roll). The new spread also has aesthetic advantages, such as equal attack and defense, and a nice 580 bst.
This set is constrained offensively by barely ohkoing chuggalong after clangorous soul, physically defensively by barely living 2 great tusk ice spinners, and specially defensively by barely living 2 choice scarf gholdengo make it rains.

calcs assuming hazards is cheating, we're doing this legit
This stat spread allows CAP37 to oneshot Revenankh, Jumbao, Ogerpon-W, Rillaboom, Iron Valiant, Aurumoth, Syclant, Kerfluffle, Miasmaw, and while it needs some spikes to oneshot some of the listed before, that's still pretty good. Also, u have a 56% chance to oneshot phys def Malaconda and 31% 4 spec def Snaelstrom, even if it needs 3 spikes on both the latters. With 3 layers of spikes u also OHKO Gambit and Ttar with Body Press, while oneshotting Weav even with no hazard chip. Knock Off will let 37 to OHKO Necturna, Dragapult, Ceruledge, Gholdengo, Slowking-G and Iron Crown, even if the latter three need some spikes chip to archieve the kill.
On the defensive side, 37 can take a Paleo Wave from a +1 Stratagem, a Thunderbolt from non-booster Raging Bolt, Ice Beam from Syclant (with either l-orb or n-m-ice), Moonblast from Iron Valiant, Play Rough from +2 Ogerpon-W, and much more. Also, with base 62 spe, 37 outspeeds Ttar, so maybe it can U-turn out if it will get that (that's prob the case).
Idk, maybe I took away too many possible counters, but specs Kyurem ice beam, Stratagem Meteor Beam and booster Raging Bolt tbolt are enough to OHKO, wich I think r needed to prevent 37 to become broken. Precise calcs below.

Assumed EVs: 252 HP / 32 Atk / 224 Def or SpD - Adamant Nature
I wanted a pathetic 23 SpAtk that would allow the BST to equal Revenankh's, since I hope CAP37 is will be his downfall, but alas. We'll equal Shox then.
The kinda minimal investment of 32 Attack coupled with an Adamant nature allows CAP37 to 2HKO the majority of important targets with either Beak Blast or Knock Off, with max Attack netting some OHKOs as well. 80 Speed is just a generally decent speed tier, naturally getting the jump on Heatran, Arghonaut, Mollux, Raging Bolt, etc., tying with Dragonite and Hoopa-Unbound, while also not being too low as not to warrant Speed investment to beat out Pecharunt, Moltres, and Gliscor. These higher benchmarks require 68, 84, & 124 Speed EVs, of which are dubious in overall value.

Gonna do a quick legality sweep for all of the spreads that have been submitted so far. If you aren't pinged in this post, then more than likely your spread is all set.
Rysachi: Your PS is a bit too high for a spread utilizing Sucker Punch (105.35 PS, limit after this penalty is 105 PS). Also, your BSR is slightly too high (585.91 PS, limit is 585). Your SS is also wrong (but still legal) while your bulk limits are correct, so it appears you are using an incorrect T-Value. Please refer to my opening post on how to change this. traceyscetchit: Your PS is exactly .01 above the limit, and while this isn't much, it still makes it just barely illegal (115.01 PS, limit is 105 PS). This again seems to be an issue regarding the T-Value. Please refer to my opening post on how to change this. Just a Penguin: Your BSR is way above the legal limit (601.25 BSR, limit is 585 BSR). You also aren't listing it in your stat spread, which is required for it to be slated. Ixkukul: Your PS is slightly above the limit (115.16 PS, limit is 115 PS). This again seems to be an issue regarding the T-Value. Please refer to my opening post on how to change this.
Also while these two spreads are legal as they stand, I figured I would also ping Gekokeso and Scizivire that their listed values are incorrect, and it appears to be from using the wrong T-Value like a lot of the illegal spreads, and this might causes problems should they make any changes.
