After a great discussion led by our Moves leader Zetalz, we have decided to poll whether CAP38 will be Physical, Special, or to hold off on the decision until stats. If we choose physical or special bias now, it will be mostly binding for future sections. If we decide to hold off on the decision, stat submitters will be able to submit either physical or specially biased spreads, and our bias will be decided by the stat spread chosen.

This is a ranked pairs poll. The order of your preferences DOES matter. You may rank as many or as few options as you like, but we encourage you to rank as many options as possible. A typical ballot might look like the following:
