Meteorion

Combines Meteor (a fast rock) + Ion (connotes charged power).

It also contains Orion, aka "The Hunter" in Greek mythology. Since this pokemon is an attacker, I think the hunter reference is pretty cool. Orion is also a very famous constellation (named for the hero of myth), so it ties in with the meteor/space theme.

Terrant (tear-ent) - combination of Terra and Combatant.

Obsiero (ob-sear-oh) - Combination of Obsidian and Hero.

My submissions are:

Vespar - a splice of the Latin vesica and pars ("blade" and "shard") that happens to also mean "evening star". (Note the CAP's five "points")

Skythe - a corruption of scythe, the shape its claws take. It also includes "Sky", with Levitate in mind.

vesicalith
took the latin "blade" vesica (thanks headpunch) and the greek for rock "lithos" (thanks metalgarx)

Borudaken since pokemon originated in japan, i decided to add so japanese. this is a combination of the japnese words for Boulder and blade "Boruda" and "ken"

i had another one..but only two allowed..drat.

Scythyx - Scythe + Onyx It's claws are like scythes and Onyx seems to fit it.

Mentaleryx- Mental + Accelerate + Onyx He's a special guy and he's speedy plus I'm just addicted to the "yx" part.

Obsiliser (Obsidian+laser) second i makes e sound. Alternate spellings could be:
Obsilaser
Obsilizor
Obsilizer

Or

Shrapnon (Shrapnel+Cannon)

My names:

Valemode

Valency (Variation in electric charge) + Gem + Geode

Gemalliod

Gem + Metalloid (Semi-Metal)

EDIT: To explain my names:

I decided to lean away from words like Slash, Scythe, Claw etc. in favour of words I felt were "special" to represent a Special Attacker moreso than a Physical one. I wanted to use more magnet-related words, as well as some rock ones too.

Ammoscythe (a combination of Ammolite and Scythe...the ammo could be taken as ammunition as well I guess)
Velocirag (velocity and crag)

Silapur

Shivapur, Indian village in which, apparently, a stone levitated. Google. And Silicis, latin for rock, stolen from Opterown.

Ooh, a name.

Necrolder

Comes from Boulder, which is a big fucking rock, and Necrosis, which is the state of death. Why?

This thing looks like it would guard tombs and is made from the remnants of bigger rocks.

Oh, I know:

Spirox (Spi-rocks) - Well, this name is a combination of Spin + Rocks + X (because it's X-shaped). You could also say that it's a combination between Spirit+Rocks+X (because it floats). Thus, the fact that it can be either makes the origin of the name quite vague, which is what one would want in a pokemon name (we don't want to make the parts of the name obvious, don't we?).

For a second name... errmmm. I haven't really thought of it:

Roxoid (Rocks-oid) - Well... it's just Rocks+X+Asteroid

Yeah, they're not really that deep I guess... but then again... pokemon names aren't usually deep now are they? (Like Luvdisc being Love+Disc and stuff)

Ammoscythe (a combination of Ammolite and Scythe...the ammo could be taken as ammunition as well I guess)
lol that one sounds almost exactly like mine

overall the name suggestions have been pretty meh, not that mine are any less meh, but X-Act is one of the few decent ones so far...

Granight -

Granite + Fight/Night

Apparently I'm the one who came up with "Granight" thank you very much D:

Bouldash (Boulderdash xD) -

Boulder + Dash (He's fast and the 90 Hp seems like it's qualified for "Boulder")

Stalagem - Stalagmite/tite and gem, has a nice ring to it

Meteon - Like linkin park's meteora, and eeveelutions

The first one's better, I also like X-Act's
