Concept: Flyer/Levitator trapper

Discription: This pokemon should be able to trap pokemon that could not be trapped effectively before, flyers. They are immune to both magnezone and dugtrio, and they are untrappable minus pursuit, which is weak. This could be through ability, moves, threat, ect.
