Currently there's a three-way tie, anyone care to break it? :]
Well, seeing as there's no break in the voting, I'll sit this week out if need be, and let Tadasuke and sparktrain go at it. Especially seeing as we need two votes to break the tie.
So I was obviously inactive for the beginning portion of my school year, but I'm comfortably in the swing of things and much more active now, so I'm going to go ahead and revive this!
Tadasuke and I will battle sometime this week for Week 4, and I'll go ahead and open up nominations for Week 5 in the meantime.

I feel like it'll be good to revive this as it allows new players to look at what the CAP metagame looks like via replays + it showcases some of our better players
In response to the above posters, we're starting Battle of the Week back up (for real this time)! Tadasuke and I had our first battle tonight, and we're gonna finish up tomorrow, then we should be back on track. Unfortunately, replays are down, so our battles will have to be saved as pastebins... here's the first match for anyone interested. It was close.
Here's a summary/my thoughts on the battle since I doubt people are gonna read the whole log.
We've had a few new and talented players join us recently, and I agree this project is definitely a great way to showcase them alongside seasoned veterans. I'll count any nominations above this post for this week's Battle of the Week, unless the above posters want to change them. With that being said, nominations are back open!
A note to battlers: Since the ORAS CAP meta is still quite new, you have the option to play some or all of your battles under XY CAP rules. Tadasuke and I agreed on playing our matches in XY CAP, for example.

We both brought balanced teams, with similar team structure. Our teams consisted of Tomo/Colo, a VoltTurn core, a Fairy, and a wallbreaker.
Turn 1: I lead with Rotom-W. Tadasuke leads with Talonflame. He quickly identified my team's Clefable weakness, and U-turns out to Clefable.
Turn 2: I Volt Switch to Sylveon. His Clefable begins to set up Calm Minds, which heavily threatens my team as I don't have a hard counter and end up losing two Pokemon to it.
Turn 7: I send out Scizor and use Bullet Punch to deal heavy damage on Clefable and finish it off with something else. Clefable tanks it and uses Flamethrower, which burns me and leaves my Scizor alive. This sucks since Clefable can now recover HP next turn and I essentially lose Scizor for nothing.
Turn 9: I send out my QD Aurumoth disguised as Rotom-W so I can attempt to get a boost or two on it. He predicts this, and uses Flamethrower. I manage to get two boosts and deal 80% with Psyshock, but it brings me down with a third Flamethrower. From this point on, I'm forced to play defensively and outlast Tada's wallbreakers since I've lost most of my offensive presence.
Turn 20: His Talonflame deals 99% to my Sylveon, who I take out with Hyper Voice. This was pretty clutch, since Sylveon saves me later in the match. I calc'd, and Talon did get a fairly high roll.

His Colossoil is about to KO my Tomohawk and win the match next turn, but my Tomohawk unfreezes at exactly the right time and gets a Roost off. From there to the end, I'm able to stall out his team with Sylveon+Tomohawk.
IMO we both played well, and it was a good game, barring the freeze/unfreeze hax.

A note to battlers: Since the ORAS CAP meta is still quite new, you have the option to play some or all of your battles under XY CAP rules. Tadasuke and I agreed on playing our matches in XY CAP, for example.
