According to their Pokedex entries, Cyclohm and Duohm's fluff is actually made of cloud, not a wool-like substance, they should probably be on the light side.

Duohm:
Height: 1.1 m (same as Altaria)
Weight: 19.2 kg = (Cyclohm's weight) * (Altaria's height)/Cyclohm's height)^3
Cyclohm is under the Yellow color category, which also still makes sense for Monohm and Duohm, since they still also keep a yellow head and yellow limbs. This matches Druddigon in that it's classified as a Red Pokemon even though only its face is red.
