Mx will be retiring from all CAP leadership roles. We're grateful to him for his tireless work as a moderator and as a contributor to numerous CAP metagame projects!

Hey all, with CAP 33 wrapping up, I'll be stepping down from the position of CAP co-leader. Thanks to Smogon and the CAP community for the leadership opportunity! I'll be continuing to serve as a CAP moderator.

With that said, it's time to announce a shift in power: welcome spoo as CAP co-leader!
