Lots of umming and ahhing - Galv has the argument of being 'more electric' and hence more suitable to jusify Caribaby's ThunderShock in the manner that Plus/Minus does for Klinklang, as well as not breaking the standard non-changing of ability, whilst LRod doesn't have the issue of it being Elec-only (i.e. only the Golem-A line). Ultimately a matter of which precedence feels less important, personally.
