I love both designs, but Quanyails' design goes best with our speed and regenerator b/c of the axlotl design. It's fun and festive and I love it! Gravity monkey should be proud though, his design was awesome, and this was a tough decision.

Tho I want to write in here just to say that I've been really lucky in this poll, and I'm incredibly thankful for everyone who has voted for me. I'm also astonished as to how I got here considering the quality of other designs, starting by Quan's axolotl girl which has been my favorite from the start. s/o to Pip, Falchion, Reiga, judgesludge and Lio for theirs as well. Last thing, going this far in a cap poll is somehow of a dream come true, i remember when i used to read the polls on my 3DS, and even if I don't win I'm extremely proud of my design and of how far I've come.
