I asked on Discord and was told that the energy penalty for D/E moves is split on the suspension and attack stages instead of applied separately to each. I think this means Scorbunny has 12 more EN.

IF Counter, THEN Waterfall+Waterfall.

I put +2 EN on each phase I think? Bounce is 11 EN total so 5 bounces in a row should end up being 95 EN.
