Just made the calcs again, and it looks like it doeas at best 40%, so its always a 3HKO... But +2 Psycho Shock does 70% min, so ill put it as an option. Thanks for pointing that

While a Swords Dance Set isn't very effective on Celebi, I think Swords Dance should be an option on the baton pass set.

I realized how bad his physical movepool is (Zen Hedbutt, Seed Bomb, Sucker Punch... and Aerial Ace?), so i wont make a "sweeper " set, but ill put in in AC in the BP set

I don't mean to necro this, but according to PO and Bulbapedia, Celebi doesn't get Psycho Shock.
