Welcome to the 6th edition of Challenge Cup Cup! The most anticipated tournament of the year is back and we are all ready to witness legendary clashes in the greatest formats of all time! After 7 exhilarating weeks of regular season, we have finally reached the playoffs! Which between Team Wooper, Vulpix-Alola, Bagon and Nymble are going to prove to have what it takes to win and become CCCCCCCs (Certified Coolest Challenge Cup Cup Champions)? Stay tuned to find out! The Mystery Box for the Semifinals and Finals (and the same applies to to the Consolation Cup) is none other than a Best of Mystery Box!
The players will engage in a best of 5 series where each game is a short series in itself to be played in one of the Mystery Box formats that we had during the regular season. The higher seed picks first and then it's going to be loser's pick for the following games. All the Mystery Box-specific formats have been shortened to make sure the series don't last too long. Therefore, the players will get to choose between:
- Challenge Cup 1v1 with terastalization best of 5
- Chimera Challenge Cup 1v1 best of 5
- Bring 6 Pick 4 Challenge Cup 2v2 best of 3
- Bring 6 Pick 6 Challenge Cup 2v2 best of 1
- Challenge Cup "Trio" now consists in playing Challenge Cup 6v6, Challenge Cup 1v1, Challenge Cup 2v2. All of them are in best of 1
- Challenge Cup 1v1 "LJDA" best of 5
- Challenge Cup 6v6 First Blood best of 3
- Challenge Cup 1v1 with terastalization best of 5
