You need to check the random battles forum and check if there are active threads with "signups" in the name. If you like the type of tournament signups are open for, you usually just need to post "in" and you'll join the tournament. There is currently a gen 1 random battle tournament if you still want to join. I recommend to read the instructions and if you have doubts, either ask in the random battles room or pm me here, but it's better to avoid threads like this, which are meant for a different type of tournament
