Doesn't Air Balloon deserve at least a mention? Donphan is a really common spinner, and it can't touch a floating Chandelure without Assurance or Head Smash.
 
I guess it can get an OC mention, its pretty useless most of the time. (Stoned Edge / Head Smash are semi common) and it doesn't help against the tiers premier spinner (Blastoise)

Offensive Chandelure is pretty suckish at spin blocking, so its really not worth it.
 
I don't know if this is too different from the main spread, but I've been trying out a SubCM Chandelure, and it's really good. It can both stall its counters out or just sweep outright. It is extremely hard to deal with because it's fast enough while becoming extremely difficult to kill with from both sides of the spectrum due to either Flame Body or Calm Mind.

EVs: 168 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 84 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball

This is more of a mix between the defensive and CM sets that already exist. Flash Fire is foregoed for Flame Body because it will allow Chandelure to Sub as many times as possible in the hope that Flame Body will activate, with Leftovers to for even more Subs. 84 Speed is all you need to outspeed both Deoxys-D and Roserade with no investment, and max Sp. Atk with Modest to hit as hard as possible. 172 HP EVs are divisble by 4, so the remaining 4 EVs are placed in defense to take less damage from Stealth Rock.
 
^ earlier in the thread (last few posts on previous page) it's confirmed that Flame Body activating through Substitute is a bug
