okay yeah my thing with ipl is like why does he enter the thread an hour to dl, start antagonizing everyone, pushing for a no vote, and then ultimately vote for laurel over tiger? like what exactly. is his plan here as scum
 
At this point it seems like it’s mostly between Ehmcee/me? I would say joey/Psy more mechanically confirmed but if either of you are mafia then gg you did well and deserved win.

I did what I did because I had ideas about this game. Some were right (defending tiger and pulsar), some were wrong (pushing Celever) but regardless I was plenty active. Ehmcee has been the least active solver of us four remaining. I fully expected to take a lot of heat for lynching Celever but that never occurred due to pulsar hitting the jackpot on fairy. Psy you said it yourself I’m drawing a lot of attention to myself if I’m scum hard pushing and hard defending others.

I don’t even have a specific read on Ehmcee it’s just where process of elimination leads me to vote. Ehmcee and I have almost zero interaction and I’ve seen him very little in the thread and last vote before hydro he was on pulsar while claiming to have read nothing of the thread. Ehmcee’s done the least solving of us four still alive, I think that’s certainly a fair assessment yes?
 
Like the main weird thing i held onto all game is the weird wagon switch you made when you subbed in like an hour before DL but i don't even think you do that as scum

The 4 roles that could affect my action that night are: Tracker, Watcher, Doctor, and Bus Driver.
Pulsar had claimed tracker at this point. The other 3 roles I wouldn't know if they existed in the game.
I would have had no idea that a Watcher existed in the game at this point, as opposed to tracker which I knew existed (I say "knew" since being maf I would've known pulsar was town and assumed she was telling the truth).

So here are the outcomes of that night for me assuming I'm mafia friendly neighbour, most to least likely from my mafia point of view:
- Nothing happens - the nightkill goes off, I visit NightEmerald but nobody sees me so nothing changes
- I get tracked - It looks like I did the night kill. I could get out of this by just claiming Friendly Neighbour, but it still looks suspicious for no reason. Best case in this sub-scenario is nothing really changes, worst case is I get voted out for it.
- NightEmerald is doc'd or bus driven - Someone gets told that I'm mafia. If it's doc, NightEmerald is told. If it's bus driver, it's a small chance to be a mafia partner but bigger chance to be a townie.
- NightEmerald is watched - The situation that happened - I look clear, and my mafia partner is outed.

So why would I bank on that final, least likely outcome? The best case scenario for making this play involves my mafia partner being outed? Remember also that I claimed friendly neighbour on NightEmerald before Pulsar claimed her watch, so at that point I still would've had no idea that there was a watcher in the game or that I was caught on the watch.

At that point in the game, I was pretty much universally townread. I could've pretended to be any other role and it would be believable, for example if I wanted to explain why I hadn't used my action I could pretend to be a Doctor and saving my doc for when I was confident in it.

And of course, all this comes after the huge assumption that I picked mafia friendly neighbour, which is a role that only has the potential to harm me as mafia.

my thing with joeys post is like mafia can still choose neighbor but i think he justifies well why he wouldnt use the action. i still think scum would claim it on the nk target but joey actually visited night which is probably more risk than its worth just to maybe get seen doing it
 
Regardless let's all finish this game today yeah? No need to drag it out with only four people left, take some time to think about your vote and then cast it. I'm parked on Ehmcee today, even Ehmcee himself isn't making any arguments for why anyone should vote Psy/Joey.
 
i mean ill try but no promises because im doing something today. idt im ever gonna feel 100% about any of the options here but ill probably at least iso joey. kinda feels weird because i have no idea what he thinks here, hes just defending himself again over something i dont think i even brought up today but w/e

I had been meaning to write it down but I figured you would probably bring it up/at least be thinking about it because you talked about it yesterday, so just wanted to catch it ahead of time

yes this is such an nai post to read into especially when theres actually good posts that feel unpaired with laurel to me. i question scum mc for this a bit because im not sure why hed walk back his target here as scum but i also think him just dropping that and not commenting on any other iso stuff feels like trying to look like youre doing something to solve when youre not

There's another option, and that's for everyone to vote for no lynch today. Mafia gets another kill and narrows the player pool to 3, statistically that means each town has only a 50% chance to get it wrong instead of 66.67% (going off pure math only).
