Confirmed that Charmander inherits Dragon Rush from the Garchomp line.

According to the Japanese Kalos Pokedex guide, Charmander now gets Air Cutter as an egg move (Gen IV Tutor for Charizard), but it can't be confirmed until Pokebank is out.
