Your gyarados is hardly a counter to other g-dos, or at least it isn't very reliable. I would add some extra insurance with T-bolt over Grass knot on Azelf.
Keep the moveset you have on forry--I have found T-spikes vs spikes to be a matter of personal preference really, though T-spikes are all the rage nowadays. I would forego using both on the same set, it at least needs Gyro Ball.
Salamence isn't going to do much as a lead as a DDer--right now all you get is an intimidate, as salamence will not be able to sweep from the get-go. I would try using either Specsmence or CBmence--CBmence needs to see more love, and you just might catch a few Blissey switch-ins, as most lead Sala's are usually Speced or use the mixed attacking set with life-orb.

I like the Team lol, seems pretty solid, though, im gonna agree with Dormin, your Gyara cant counter well other Gyaras, I´d say you can change from RestTalker to CBGyara, though you need good prediction skills, You wont like to be taunted XD and the Resttalk set, fails lol,

As For Forry, i think you have some pkmn that Weavile likes switching in for revenge kill, Azelf and Sala, So why not use SR instead of any of the spikes, Deal 25% damage each time he flees from Forry.
About the T-Bolt on Azelf, i dont think you need it, If Gyaa gets to DD once, Azelf is gonna be OHKO, appart, that you may give Electivire an uwanted speed boost, or Jolteon, Ttar a free switch in.
