Meowscarada has been added, bugs have been fixed, levels have been adjusted. PR has been made.
Also custom message when starting a battle has been added.

- Close Combat
- Aqua Jet
- Sucker Punch
- U-turn
- Swords Dance

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike has the same set with Surging Strikes.

Surging Strikes and Wicked Blow can both turn into the other move, which also changes Urshifu into its other form, depending on what move has the WORSE effective. If it's tied, stay in the same form.

So basically opposite Tinted Lens as a move to counterbalance 100% accuracy and Always Crit?

With possibly lower level, Urshifu should be fairly easier to deal with now.

Also it'll often end up transforming into a worse type matchup, for example water type against a grass type.

It's like the opposite Tauros (always tries to switch to supereffective type)
