After a long wait, the Teal Mask DLC update is finally here. In this voting, we took into consideration returning Pokemon, previously banned Pokemon (and items) and moves changes. The votes were conduced in 2 phases. As a reminder, a Pokemon can only be quickbanned with a supermajority, which will be a 7/9 vote in this case while a previously banned Pokemon can only be unbanned with a simple majority of 5/9 votes. Moreover, the council will return to frequent quickban cycles in the near future to rapidly stabilize the metagame.

PHASE 1: Second Chances
In the first phase, the council elected to reevaluate any Pokemon that were previously banned during the pre-DLC metagame. The unban voting slate consisted of Annihilape, Calyrex-Ice, Chi-Yu, Iron Bundle, Magearna, Palafin and Urshifu-S. A simple majority of 5/9 is required for any of the Pokemon to be unbanned.

Therefore, Annihilape:annihilape: and Urshifu-S:urshifu: are now unbanned in Monotype.

PHASE 2: Unfriendly Faces
In the second phase, the council decided to target newly released Pokemon that have either historically been banned from Monotype from the start or had a very short time in the tier. The slate only consisted of Shaymin-Sky and Darkrai. A super majority of 7/9 is required for any of the Pokemon to be quick banned.

Therefore, Shaymin-Sky:shaymin-sky: will be banned and Darkrai:darkrai: will remain unbanned in Monotype.

-------------------
This concludes the initial voting phases for the DLC Teal Mask SV Monotype metagame. I'm sure there are some major surprises like Darkrai being unbanned in the tier but do keep in mind that quickban phases will begin shortly as the council prioritises a stable metagame. It is also important to note that, the Pokemon listed on this post will not be the only Pokemon considered in subsequent quickban slates; any Pokemon that is deemed to be problematic or overpowering will be in our watchlist and tiering action will be taken as deemed necessary. This is one of the biggest mid-tier shakeups we've ever witnessed so looking forward to see how the tier unfolds with all the new additions. Looking forward to seeing a lot of discussion from everyone.

Tagging Kris to implement; below list for ease of readability:
Shaymin-Sky
Annihilape
Urshifu-S
