Alright so looking at your team, you do have a pretty bad weakness to Ice type attacks. Now your other 3 guys resist Ice, but the 3 weak-3 resist "structure" makes you weak to one type mid-game if you don't have one the resists that can stick around that long. Mamoswine, Jolteon, and Starmie all give you trouble once one team mate is gone (Cloyster and Bisharp repectively). But these guys aren't the biggest problems. No your biggest problem is the big goatee: Conkldurr. Between Mach Punch (No Hydreigon), Payback, and Drain Punch, your team will be scrambling for an answer once it reaches +1. All you can do is phaze it out with Dragonite and make sure it avoids paralysis.
So the first step I am going to suggest is Ferrothorn>Celebi. He gives you a much sturdier switch into Dragon attacks, Starmie, and Jolteon. He can take over Cloyster's job of setting up Spikes and do it much better as well. Lastly, Ferrothorn still has Thunder Wave which you can utilize. Power Whip is there since it is your best defense against Bulky Waters you might otherwise have trouble with.
Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Power Whip
- Thunder Wave
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
Now I made a similar style team recently and it has gotten me fairly high up on the ladder. When I tried Sp. De Dragonite on my team it got the job done, but then I realized something: I am giving support to a supporter. To me that made little sense, my support guys should be able to handle themselves and I shouldn't be can't in this cycle where I need paralysis support that entails Rapid Spin support that entails Wish/Aromatherapy support. It had to end somewhere :S. So I decided to be a bit unorthodox and here is the set I made which pretty much does Dragonite's job.
Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Roar
- Recover
- Thunder Wave
The things I like about Latias over Dragonite is first his lack of an SR weakness. You can switch in and paralyze things much more frequently because of that. The second thing I like about Latias is the speed. It will annoy opponents to no end to see their Rotom-W's and Terrakions paralyzed when that otherwise wouldn't occur with Dragonite. She retains nearly all the resitances Dragonite had and still makes a great anti-rain and anti-sun Poke. She is great in Sun, paralyzing all of their offensive Pokes while gaining SR damage. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the bs Dragon Trail misses that can lose you games.
So here are the last two changes I made to the team when I imported it. Now with the addition of Latias and Ferrothorn, Cloyster isn't needed anymore for support. What I did was put in Reuniclus over Hydreigon and made it the CM set. Paralysis will only hamper TR Reuniclus' sweep since you make everything slower. CM Reuniclus gives you a great status absorber (which you need now) and stall breaker. Reuniclus can repeatedly come into Conkldurr and almost any other Fighting types without worry. Reuniclus was given Flame Orb in order to avoid the sleep from Breloom (feel free to replace with Lefties).
Reuniclus (M) @ Flame Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
Hydreigon was taken out because his Fighting and Ice weakness were a liability to the others on the team, he was the easiest to take out. The last slot which Cloyster held is up to you, but it should probably be something pretty fast like Choice Scarf Landorus (which is what I used).
Edit: GO GO POWER RANGER!!
