Chien-Pao, Chi-Yu, Ting-Lu, and Wo-Chien Tera Types / EV Spreads

Bit of an unusual situation here, but we probably want a QC / GP check on some tera type comments for these. I repeat the tera type comments between sets when possible since these are pretty temporary (main exception right now is Chi-Yu having a dfifferent Tera Fire comment between sets), but there's a lot of them so they probably need a GP check. I figure posting this publicly should at least give people something to look at!

Stuff is very in flux too, I'm sure we'll have to add more tera types / change stuff this early.

Also QC: Since you already saw most of this, I put any changes in Bold, because while stuff is always super in flux, I think we missed some stuff as home stats show lol.

This Pokemon is a new addition to Battle Stadium Singles Regulation C! Below are some sample sets to get started, but expect metagame development to be fast!

Below is also a disclaimer before every tera type section, putting it here because it only needs to be checked once!

This metagame has just begun, so please be careful about spending tera shards, as the viable tera types may shift!

Tera Types
======

* **Ice**: This gives Chien-Pao an easier time revenge killing with Ice Shard.

* **Electric**: This is Chien-Pao's best response to Dondozo, though Life Orb or Choice Band will be needed to reliably 2HKO. It also provides a handy resistance to Scizor's Bullet Punch.

* **Fire**: In addition to dealing with Scizor, Tera Fire gives Chien-Pao a better coverage move against Steel-types and a valuable Will-O-Wisp immunity.

* **Ghost**: With Tera Ghost, Chien-Pao can avoid being revenge killed by Mach Punch and Extreme Speed, and have a much better matchup against Body Press Corviknight.

* **Dark**: Powering up Chien-Pao's Dark-type STAB can make it harder to switch into when using an offensive item.

* **Fire**: With Choices Specs, Tera Fire can even 2HKO Blissey with Modest Overheat!

* **Fairy**: Tera Fairy is Chi-Yu's best shot of defeating Roaring Moon and Hydreigon, and gives it an important Fighting-type resistance.

* **Grass**: Tera Grass is a decent response to Azumarill and Iron Bundle, with the latter being OHKOed before it can respond with Freeze-Dry.

* **Ghost**: Tera Ghost covers Chi-Yu's Fighting-type weakness, and helps against Extreme Speed.

EV Spreads
========

* **228 HP / 12 Def / 124 SpA / 4 SpD / 140 Spe with Modest**: This is a bulky spread meant for Choice Scarf, outspeeding up to Iron Bundle and surviving Breloom's Mach Punch. This spread also survives Mimikyu's Play Rough and Shadow Sneak and has a good shot of surviving Tera Normal Choice Band Dragonite's Extreme Speed too.

* **Poison**: Tera Poison gives Ting-Lu an important resistance to Fairy and Fighting, and lets it absorb Toxic Spikes.

* **Fairy**: In addition to a useful Fighting-type resistance, Tera Fairy helps Ting-Lu against powerful Dragon-types.

* **Water**: With Tera Water, Ting-Lu has a better match up against Azumarill and Chi-Yu.

* **Fire**: Tera Fire helps Ting-Lu against Chi-Yu and Fairy-types.

* **Steel**: Tera Steel gives Ting-Lu a powerful STAB Heavy Slam, giving it a great matchup against Flutter Mane and Iron Bundle.

* **Ground **: Besides getting rid of its troublesome Fairy and Fighting weaknesses, Tera Ground gives Ting-Lu more offensive presence with Earthquake.

* **Grass**: Tera Grass improves the matchup against Azumarill and Rotom-W, in addition to making Ting-Lu immune to Spore from Breloom and Brute Bonnet.

EV Spreads (Hazards Set Only)
========

* **252 HP / 228 SpD / 28 Spe with Careful**: The given EVs let Ting-Lu outspeed Hippowdon, which is useful if running Taunt or Fissure. 24 Speed EVs can be moved into Special Defense otherwise.

* **212 HP / 4 Attack / 148 Defense / 116 SpD / 28 Spe with Impish**: This spread avoids a 2HKO from Choice Band Dragonite's Outrage if Ting-Lu holds Leftovers, and outspeeds Hippowdon to make Taunt or Fissure more effective. The Attack and Speed EVs can be moved to HP if outspeeding Hippowdon is not important.

* **Poison**: Tera Poison provides a vital resistance to Fairy and Fighting, and also lets Wo-Chien absorb Toxic Spikes.

* **Fairy**: Besides being a great defensive type, Tera Fairy helps Wo-Chien against Fighting-types that'd normally beat it.

* **Water**: Tera Water provides an Ice and Fire resistance, helpful against Baxcalibur, Chien-Pao, and Chi-Yu.

* **Fire**: Tera Fire gives a useful resistance to Fairy, Fire, and Ice, which could help against major threats like Flutter Mane, Baxcalibur, Chi-Yu, and Chien-Pao.

lol what a time for my power to get blasted by a storm. Thankfully found a way to get my phone charging, but the reception SUCKS, but as of this edit, I managed to get a keyboard connected to this phone, so I can at least edit stuff in from a GP check!
