LC Chimchar

[OVERVIEW]
Chimchar is most commonly used as a suicide lead with Fake Out and Stealth Rock while holding a Focus Sash. However, it struggles against the likes of opposing Stealth Rock setters such as Dwebble and Tirtouga. Its own weakness to Stealth Rock means that it struggles to come in repeatedly to reset the entry hazard. Without the longevity, speed, or raw power of other Stealth Rock setters, Chimchar is not worth wasting a team slot on.
[SET]
name: Suicide Lead
move 1: Fake Out
move 2: Overheat
move 3: Hidden Power Grass
move 4: Stealth Rock
item: Focus Sash
ability: Blaze
nature: Hasty
evs: 4 HP / 56 Atk / 4 Def / 216 SpA / 4 SpD / 188 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Chimchar's best set is a suicide lead set that disrupts opposing leads with Fake Out, sets up Stealth Rock, and then uses its Focus Sash to take down a foe with Overheat. Suicide leads in general are not a great idea due to there being entry hazard removers on most teams, such as Snivy, Vullaby, and Staryu. More defensive hazard setters such as Onix and Ferroseed that can set up hazards more consistently throughout the game outclass Chimchar.

[OVERVIEW]
I'd suggest rephrasing the second sentence to phrase it as Chimchar being a poor lead due to its terrible matchup against opposing Stealth Rock leads and inability to keep Stealth Rock up consistently throughout a game (this helps build a lead in to your last sentence of set comments). Otherwise this is good.

looks fine

[SET COMMENTS]
This first sentence should probably include a bit about how Chimchar uses Fake Out to disrupt opponent leads.

looks fine

Implement this, give yourself 1/2, and have Nineage take another once over unless he said it was fine on Discord.

Suicide leads in general in the current metagame are not a great idea due to there being many common entry hazard removers on most teams, such as Defog from Snivy and Vullaby or Rapid Spin from Staryu Snivy, Vullaby, and Staryu. More defensive hazard setters such as Onix and Ferroseed that can set up hazards more consistently and throughout the game outclass Chimchar.
