[SET COMMENTS]
Dragapult is a devastatingly strong wallbreaker that can outspeed and punish the majority of the offensive metagame with it's STAB move alone. Dragon Darts is an incredibly powerful tool that enables Dragapult in denting any target that does not resist or is immune to the move thanks to its boosted power from Technician or Adaptability. Steel Wing acts as a means in targeting Fairy-types such as Clefable, Togekiss, and Grimmsnarl who often a forced to switch into Dragapult in order to avoid damage from its Dragon-type attack. U-turn enables Dragapult to generate momentum for it's team letting it switchout from unfavourable matchups against Steel-type threats such as Doublade, Ferrothorn, Corviknight, alongside other miscellaneous walls such as Hippowdown and Avalugg. Will-O-Wisp is a useful status option that can punish key threats such as Poison Heal Primarina before it can get its Toxic Orb activated and Bisharp. Phantom Force can be used as a secondary STAB option that can allow Dragapult to target Steel-types such as Doublade and Ferrothorn, but is usually not preferred due to the two turns required for it to be executed. Sucker Punch is another useful coverage option that can potentially allow Dragapult to pick off weakened boosted offensive threats such as that Choice Scarf Gengar and Rapid Spin Excadrill that can outspeed it and threaten to OHKO Dragapult. Technician is the preferred ability of choice due to it boosting Dragapult's main STAB move to an incredible 150 BP before STAB boosts, creating a spammable offensive option that can threaten basically any neutral target. Adaptability can be used if Dragapult decides to run Phantom Force alongside it's Dragon-STAB move in order to threaten out a wider array of targets, but offers nothing more besides that.

Dragapult works best in conjunction with other wallbreakers that can threaten out its most common checks, mainly being the majority of Steel- and Fairy-types. Great examples of partners that can accomplish this are threats such as Desolate Land Cinderace, Terrakion, and Tinted Lens Gardevoir. Entry Hazard support from teammates such as Ferrothorn, Hippowdon, and Mew can also be vital in aiding Dragapult in obtaining 2HKOs it may otherwise struggle to output versus certain threats such as Toxapex and Snorlax. Defensive partners are also important for insurance against offensive threats that can punish Dragapult such as Triage Togekiss, Choice Scarf Terrakion, and Sucker Punch Bisharp. Therefore, teammates such as Body Press Corviknight, Prankster Toxapex, and Doublade may all be useful in dealing with the aforementioned threats.
