Equipped with a Choice Band, Dragonite makes for a strong wallbreaker on Dragon teams with its great coverage. With Extreme Speed, Dragonite not only revenge kills weakened threats, but it also serves as a cleaning option against foes that lack the proper physical bulk to deal with it. Earthquake breaks through bulky Poison- and Steel-types such as Toxapex, Alolan Muk, non-Air Balloon Heatran, and Hisuian Goodra. Fire Punch handles Grass- and Ice-types like Amoonguss and Frosmoth, as well as foes that can otherwise ignore Dragonite's other moves like unboosted Corviknight and Skarmory.

Dragonite appreciates entry hazard support from the likes of Archaludon and Garchomp. Additionally, Archaludon's great physical bulk allows it to switch in on physical attackers it easily shrugs off hits from like the Ogerpon formes, Meowscarada, and Kleavor, while Garchomp has to potential to set up and sweep late-game with Swords Dance and Scale Shot. In return, Dragonite handles Volcarona for Archaludon, while Garchomp appreciates the removal of Corviknight and Skarmory. Dragapult with Will-O-Wisp pairs well with Dragonite, as it weakens physical attackers such as Kingambit and Iron Hands so that Dragonite deals with them more easily, and Dragonite removes Alolan Muk for Dragapult in return. Hisuian Goodra makes for a great defensive partner, as with its great special bulk, it shrugs off attacks from the likes of Greninja and Flutter Mane, and it threatens Fairy-types like the aforementioned Flutter Mane. Hisuian Goodra also has access to Knock Off to remove items like Leftovers and Black Sludge from their holders so that Dragonite can threaten them more easily. Choice Scarf Roaring Moon provides great speed control, and with its colorful moveset, it threatens Ghost- and Fairy-types like Dragapult, Spectrier, non-Choice Scarf Flutter Mane, and Iron Valiant and brings Dragonite in safely with U-turn. In return, Roaring Moon appreciates Dragonite handling Bug- and Fighting-types like Scizor, Volcarona, and Okidogi. Choice Scarf Latias is another great form of speed control, as it handles fast Dragon- and Fighting-types like Gouging Fire, Zamazenta, and Great Tusk and it can use Trick to shut down walls like Amoonguss and Skarmory so Dragonite can more easily deal with them. Additionally, it provides Healing Wish support to not only give Dragonite another chance at wallbreaking also restore its Multiscale. Dragonite's wallbreaking opens the door for late-game sweepers such as Dragon Dance Gouging Fire, Calm Mind Raging Bolt, and Calm Mind Latios to set up and start their own sweep.

Equipped with a Choice Band, Dragonite makes for a strong wallbreaker on Dragon teams with its great coverage. With Extreme Speed, Dragonite not only revenge kills boosted sweepers and potential cleaners such as Volcarona and Choice Scarf Meowscarada, but it also serves as a cleaning option against foes that lack the proper physical bulk to deal with it.(I was just generalized this honestly since its just a great move to pick off almost any weakened threat.) Earthquake is great coverage to break through bulky Poison- and Steel-types such as Toxapex, Alolan Muk, non-Air Balloon Heatran, and Hisuian Goodra. Fire Punch handles Grass- and Ice-types like Amoonguss,(doesn't handle Amoonguss if it doesnt OHKO it, + we dont want D nite to get Spored.) Abomasnow, and Frosmoth, as well as foes that resist both Outrage and Earthquake like unboosted Corviknight and Skarmory.(not resisting both if they are just flat out immune to eq.)

Dragonite appreciates entry hazard support from the likes of Archaludon and Garchomp. Additionally, Archaludon's great physical bulk allows it to switch in on physical attackers it easily shrugs hits from like the Ogerpon formes, Meowscarada, and Kleavor, Ogerpon-C, Meowscarada, and Ogerpon-W, while Garchomp has to potential to set up and sweep late-game with Swords Dance and Scale Shot. In return, Dragonite handles Volcarona for Archaludon, while Garchomp appreciates the removal of Corviknight and Skarmory. Hex Dragapult with Will-o-Wisp pairs well with Dragonite, as it weakens physical attackers such as Kingambit and Iron Hands so that Dragonite deals with them easier, and Dragonite removes Alolan Muk and Corviknight for Dragapult in return.(If its wisp + Hex Pult, its not having a hard time with Corviknight Hisuian Goodra makes for a great defensive partner, as with its great special bulk and part Steel-typing, it can easily switch in and handle Fairy-types such as Primarina, Flutter Mane, and Iron Valiant.(this should be more generalized as its great special bulk being able to take special hits from xyz is huge. notably FM, Greninja, etc.[You can also mention how it removes key items with Knock off as well.) Choice Scarf Roaring Moon provides great speed control, and with its colorful moveset coverage,(only coverage is Iron Head for this example, Knock Off is STAB.) it threatens Ghost- and Fairy-types like Dragapult, Spectrier, non-Choice Scarf Flutter Mane, and Iron Valiant. (Mention RM providing pivoting with U-turn.) In return, Roaring Moon appreciates Dragonite handling Bug- and Fighting-types like Scizor, Volcarona, and Okidogi. Choice Scarf Latias is another great form of speed control, as it handles fast Dragon- and Fighting-types like Gouging Fire, Zamazenta, and Great Tusk, shift its Choice Scarf to walls like Amoonguss and Skarmory so Dragonite can more easily deal with them, and provide Healing Wish support to not only give Dragonite another chance at wallbreaking, but so that it can also restore its Multiscale.(break this into two sentence.) Dragonite's wallbreaking opens the door for late-game sweepers such as Dragon Dance Gouging Fire, Calm Mind Raging Bolt, and Calm Mind Latios to set up and start their own sweep.
