Choice Band/Specs

This guy hasn´t already been mentioned, Choice Band Swampert can be a good choice under the rain. I once used it and I wasn´t dissapointed, the surprise factor was really helpful because almost everyone expected the defensive variant. You can get some important OHKO and 2HKO.
