Weavile's potent STAB combination and great offensive stats give it an excellent place in the National Dex metagame, with its ability to threaten teams offensively and Pursuit trap Pokemon such as Gholdengo and Galarian Slowking, easing matchups for teammates such as Sneasler and Tapu Lele. Triple Axel threatens OHKOs on offensive Pokemon such as Mega Charizard Y, Kartana, and Sneasler and 2HKOs on physically defensive Ferrothorn after minimal chip damage. Knock Off is a powerful STAB option that heavily damages switch-ins predicting Triple Axel such as Rotom-W, Heatran, and Alomomola. Ice Shard gives Weavile some form of speed control and helps finish off weakened foes that normally threaten it such as Mega Lopunny, Iron Valiant, and Tapu Koko, as well as boosted Pokemon such as Tera Flying Unburden Sneasler and Tera Grass Volcarona. Furthermore, Weavile's longevity, and therefore its offensive pressure, is limited by its weakness to Stealth Rock, so Defoggers such as Gliscor, Landorus-T, and Tornadus-T are all very helpful. Mega Scizor's U-turn and Alomomola's Flip Turn are also appreciated to bring Weavile in safely, due to its frailty. In return, Weavile helps these Pokemon out by getting rid of thorns such as Great Tusk, Gliscor, and Mega Charizard Y, letting Scizor have a larger role offensively, as well as removing Pokemon like Gholdengo and Zapdos for Alomomola, which can use Alomomola as setup fodder and threaten an OHKO with Thunderbolt or Volt Switch to gain momentum, respectively. Mega Medicham and Iron Valiant are both excellent partners for Weavile, taking care of Toxapex, as well as bulky Steel-types such as Heatran and Ferrothorn, with Weavile Pursuit trapping Gholdengo for both of them or forcing it to Terastallize. Although Tera Dark is the preferred Tera type in order to mitigate Weavile's weakness to Stealth Rock and boost Knock Off to absurd levels, Tera Ice can also be used, making Ice Shard an extremely threatening priority move, able to even 2HKO Pokemon that pressure Weavile such as Tapu Koko and Iron Valiant.

Weavile's potent STAB combination and great offensive stats, give it an excellent place in the National Dex metagame with its ability to threaten teams offensively and Pursuit trap common Pokemon (such as?), easing matchups for teammates (such as?). Triple Axel threatens KO's on offensive Pokemon such as Mega Charizard-Y, Kartana, and Sneasler, while 2HKO'ing Physically Defensive Ferrothorn after minimal chip. Knock Off is a powerful STAB option that cripples switch-ins predicting Triple Axel such as Toxapex Rotom-W (pex eats and you barely cripple it rly), Heatran, and Alomomola. Ice Shard gives Weavile some form of Speed control and helps finish off weakened foes that normally threaten Weavile such as Mega-Lopunny, Iron Valiant, and Tapu Koko. (should also mention Ice Shard being essential for rkilling targets such as Sneasler, especially after tera flying, and tera grass volcarona) While the option of Pursuit-trapping weakened Pokemon, as well as common Ghost- and Psychic-types like Gholdengo, and Tapu Lele is enticing, Weavile has to be wary about Terastallisation, with these Pokemon being able to stay in instead and threaten it back. (you can loop the ghold part in with your example of mmedi and ival as good teammates, lele example is irrelevant as most are scarf and youd only pursuit if its locked into psychic) Furthermore, Weavile's longevity and therefore its offensive pressure is limited by its weakness to Stealth Rock, so Defoggers such as Gliscor, Landorus-T, and Tornadus-T are all very helpful. Mega-Scizor's U-turn and Alomomola's Flip Turn are also appreciated to bring Weavile in safely, due to its frailty. In return, Weavile helps these Pokemon out by getting rid of thorns such as Great Tusk, Gliscor, and Mega Charizard-Y, letting Scizor have a larger role offensively, as well as Pokemon like Gholdengo and Zapdos for Alomomola. Weavile's late-game sweeping potential is also notable due to its impressive Speed and the utility of Ice Shard, making it valuable for tight endgames and finishing off weakened teams. (filler) Mega-Medicham and Iron Valiant are both excellent partners for Weavile, taking care of Toxapex, as well as bulky Steel types such as Heatran, and Ferrothorn. (Weav traps ghold for both or forces it to tera, very important part to mention) Although Tera Dark is the preferred Tera Type in order to mitigate Weavile's weakness to Stealth Rock while boosting Knock Off to absurd levels, Tera Ice can also be used, making Ice Shard an extremely threatening priority move, able to even 2HKO Pokemon such as Tapu Koko and Iron Valiant, that normally threaten Weavile.

Just a note, i feel like you say "Weavile" too much, try to use "it" instead periodically (particularly if its the second time you are listing it in a sentence) else it begins to sound a little redundant
