Primarina has an excellent Special Attack and Special Defense stat, a good movepool and a great typing that allows it to be a good Choice Specs user. Hydro Cannon is the go to attack to take down Togekiss, Tyranitar, Corviknight and Galarian Weezing. Sparkling Aria makes Primarina to beat Pokemon that it cannot with Hydro Cannon such as Galarian Corsola and Avalugg. Moonblast enables Primarina to take care of Pokemon like Dragapult, Mandibuzz and Hydreigon. Engry Ball allows Primarina to beat Gastrodon and hit other Water-types such as Miotic and Blastoise. Having 252 HP and 112 Defense allows Primarina to take a physical attack from the likes of Choice Band Haxorus and avoid a 2HKO from Excadrill's Iron Head.

Pokemon such as Dragapult and Excadrill make good partners for Primarina due to them being able to take on Zeraora and Whimsicott. In return, Primarina can take on troublesome Pokemon like Incineroar and Cinderace for these. Primarina also struggles with Galarian Darmanitan, Celebi and Whimsicott, so partners such as Arcanine and Incineroar makes good partners. In return, Primarina can take care of troubling Ground-types such as Rhyperior and Gastrodon for them.

Hydro Cannon is the go to attack to take down pokemon like Togekiss (If you HC you lose to Twave - not the best mu), Tyranitar, Corviknight (??? they sub and you lose, use aria here) and Galarian Weezing. Sparkling Aria makes Primarina to beat Pokemon that it cannot with Hydro Cannon such as Galarian Corsola and Avalugg (Both of these are still losing matchups...) (Substitute is worth a mention). Moonblast enables Primarina to take care of Pokemon like Dragapult (you lose to sub disable), Mandibuzz and Hydreigon. Enegry Ball allows Primarina to beat Gastrodon and hit other Water-types such as Miotic and Blastoise (Gastrodon is a water type... you also still lose to Miltotic - mirror coat). Having 252 HP and 112 Defense allows Primarina to take a physical attack from the likes of Choice Band Haxorus and avoid a 2HKO from Excadrill's Iron Head

Pokemon such as Dragapult and Excadrill make good partners for Primarina due to them being able to take on Zeraora (Exca loses to CC on Zer AND it can lose to berry Whimsi) and Whimsicott. In return, Primarina can take on troublesome Pokemon like Incineroar and Cinderace for these (Pult beats Cinderace...). Primarina also struggles with Galarian Darmanitan (you beat scarf), Celebi and Whimsicott (you already mentioned whimsi..), so partners such as Arcanine and Incineroar (both of these lose to scarf darm and arcanine also loses to whimsi) makes good partners. In return, Primarina can take care of troubling Ground-types such as Rhyperior and Gastrodon for them (Burn Up Arcanine beats Rhyperior).
