After a battle or two I find Mega Pidgeot is very underrated.
With Work Up, Hyper Voice, Aura Sphere and Hurricane, it can outspeed pretty much anything not scarfed if timid, hits very hard, and has enough bulk to live any OPikachu's Extreme Speed too.

I just found an error in the code: Machamp-Mega has Fearow listed as its base form.
Because 《Perfect Glacialist》 is THE STRONGEST move.
Can we buff Perfect Glacialist's Freeze chance to 9% instead of 0.9%? You can't really cryofreeze english beef with that low of a freeze chance.
I nerfed it from that because 9% freeze chance was just really dumb to face

I think Mega Ferow Should be Dark/Flying with a dark pixilate (Decimate could be the name) IMO anyway

So let's go down the list and see what changed.
Moves:
Bubble Beam is now the new water STAB of choice (and all Water types get it, even Magikarp), with 90 BP!
This is because Scald was revised to hit Ice-types super-effectively and dropped back to 80 BP. Freeze Dry was also buffed to 80 BP.
Muddy Water has also dropped to 80 BP but now is partially Ground-type.
Knock Off gets "boosted" to 70 BP, but no longer gets a power boost upon getting rid of an item.
Leech Life becomes similar to all other draining moves (besides Absorb and Mega Drain) by having 75 BP!
Sucker Punch now works like every other priority move, decreasing its BP to 40 and making it always work. Its PP is also at the standard 48.

Fairy is now weak to Dark!
Ice now resists Water!
Pokemon:
Golduck was buffed since I apparently forgot to say that
The hoenn trio has been buffed ever-so slightly, except for Blaziken, who I unbanned after swapping Speed Boost for Reckless. This includes the mega, so have fun.
Aegislash is also unbanned due to the nerfs. It can no longer run its crumbler set and its special defense is weakened.
Doublade cannot use Eviolite but received some buffs to compensate.
Raichu begrudgingly has been buffed, and it now has a new Mega-Evolution. [The item is Raichuite]
