Invalid Choose Avatar

I have suggestions for avatar can we choose avatar from outside of Smogon like download pic and use it as avatar?

On Smogon, yes, you can do this in the settings page. On Pokémon Showdown, custom avatars are only available to contributors and global staff (and must be approved by Zarel). This isn't likely to change.

It's not like that I just want to use different avatar from Smogon like use Agatha as avatar or Professor Oak

There's a list of avatars for Pokémon Showdown here. Can you please be more specific about the feature you're suggesting?

Either this is for PS, in which case it's a duplicate and will not happen. If this is for smogon, this forum isn't for that (use your settings page as Annika said.) Either way, this isn't valid and i'm locking this.
