[SET COMMENTS]
The combination of Skill Link + Tail Slap makes Cinccino a notable offensive threat that is able to revenge kill a majority of the ZU metagame. Bullet Seed provides coverage against Rock-types such as Rhydon and Lycanroc that resist Tail Slap. Knock Off weakens Ghost-types such as Cofagrigus, Silvally-Ghost, and Rotom and cripples Eviolite-reliant Pokemon such as Rhydon and Ferroseed. U-turn is useful for establishing and retaining momentum against the aforementioned Rock-, Steel-, and Ghost-types, while Rock Blast can be used to break Focus Sash on Froslass and OHKO Coalossal and Rapidash without activating Flame Body.
Fighting-types such as Sawk and Gurdurr complement Cinccino by pressuring problematic Steel- and Rock-types such as Ferroseed and Rhydon, easing Cinccino's ability to break through them. Ghost-type checks such as Rotom and Silvally-Dark are also appreciated, handling foes such as Cofagrigus and Silvally-Ghost; in return, Cinccino can form a VoltTurn core with them and safely pivot them into battle. Special wallbreakers such as Choice Specs Basculin and Vanilluxe also appreciate U-turn support, and they can threaten physical walls that switch into Cinccino. Entry hazard removal from the likes of Cramorant and the aforementioned Rotom can alleviate Cinccino's susceptibility to entry hazards from its frequent pivoting.

Other Options
=============
King's Rock synergizes well with Skill Link and multi-hit moves, giving Cinccino's attacks a whopping 41% chance to make its targets flinch. Heavy-Duty Boots prevents Cinccino from being worn down by entry hazards. Protective Pads can prevent Cinccino from being worn down from residual damage such as Rocky Helmet and Iron Barbs. However, forgoing Choice Band for one of the aforementioned items results in a noticeable loss of power.
Checks and Counters
===================
**Fighting-types**: Fighting-types such as Sawk and Gurdurr are problematic for Cinccino. Choice Scarf Sawk outspeeds and can OHKO it, while Gurdurr can revenge kill Cinccino with Mach Punch.
**Ghost-types**: Although they do not appreciate Knock Off, Ghost-types such as Cofagrigus and Rotom check Cinccino by switching into Tail Slap. Both Cofagrigus and Rotom can cripple Cinccino with Will-O-Wisp, and Cofagrigus is also able to OHKO Cinccino with Body Press.
**Residual Damage**: Residual damage from Iron Barbs and Rocky Helmet can severely weaken Cinccino, as each Tail Slap hit connecting results in it being damaged five times. Entry hazards prevent Cinccino from repeatedly switching into battle and can put it in range of a potential revenge killer.
**Steel-types**: Steel-types such as Ferroseed, Galarian Stunfisk, and Magneton are able to handle Tail Slap, with Ferroseed and Magneton also resisting Bullet Seed. However, they should be wary of being weakened by Knock Off and U-turn.
**Revenge Killers**: Although Cinccino is relatively fast, its mediocre bulk means that Pokemon like Alolan Persian and Choice Scarf users like Basculin and Poliwrath can revenge kill it easily. Similarly, strong priority users like Kangaskhan and Shiftry can also threaten Cinccino.
