Cinccino works as a solid wallbreaker that outspeeds and OHKOes or 2HKOes a large portion of the meta. It is held back by its inability to outspeed relevant threats such as Salazzle and Boltund as well as its difficulty getting past certain Steel-, Ghost-, and Rock-type Pokemon. Bullet Seed allows Cinccino to deal with Rock- and Water-types, such as Rhydon, Gastrodon, and Jellicent. Knock Off heavily damages Ghost-types such as Rotom and serves to limit the longevity of its switch-ins like Steelix and Escavalier by removing their Leftovers. In the final slot, U-turn is a great move to take advantage of the switches Cinccino forces, while Rock Blast gets past Coalossal and Escavalier, two Pokemon that otherwise counter this set.

Cinccino benefits from teammates that can apply pressure to Steel- and Rock-type Pokemon, such as Jellicent, Gastrodon, and Virizion. Pairing Cincinno with Dark-type Pokemon such as Silvally-Dark, Scrafty, and Malamar to take advantage of Ghost-type answers, specifically Sableye, is recommended, but you should make sure to have a solid answer to Fighting-types. Pokemon such as Indeedee and Rotom-S can take advantage of Steelix and Escavalier losing Leftovers to Cinccino's Knock Off.

"Bullet Seed allows Cinccino to deal with certain Rock- and Ghost-type Pokemon, such as Rhydon and Jellicent"

feel like changing ghost-types to water-types works best seeing as u already have knock off listed and jellicent fears bullet seed bc it's a water type, not bc it's a ghost type. other relevant ghosts in the tier (decid sab dhel) don't care abt bullet seed as is, and u get that meaty smack on gastrodon too. like ok rotom dies to bullet seed but rotom also dies to a slight whiff of wind so.

Looks fine otherwise QC 2/2

Cinccino works as a solid wallbreaker in the RU tier due to its high powered, multi-hit moves and its good speed tier, allowing it to outspeed and OHKO or 2HKO a large portion of the meta. It is held back by its inability to outspeed metagame relevant relevant metagame threats such as Salazzle and Boltund, (AC) as well as its difficulty getting past certain Steel-, Ghost-, and Rock-type Pokemon. Very few offensive Pokemon avoid the 2HKO from Cinccino's STAB Tail Slap. (there's an extra space here, remove it)Bullet Seed allows Cinccino to deal with certain Rock- and Water-type Pokemon, such as Rhydon, Gastrodon, and Jellicent, that would otherwise wall Cinccino it (repetition). Knock Off not only heavily damages Ghost-types such as Rotom-N, but also serves to limit the longevity of its counters like Steelix and Escavalier by removing their Leftovers. In the final slot, U-turn is a great move to take advantage of the switches Cinccino forces, while Rock Blast allows you to get past Coalossal and Escavalier, two Pokemon that would otherwise counter this set.

Cinccino benefits from teammates that can easily deal with opposing Rock-, Steel-, and Ghost-type Pokemon. Water- and Fighting-types like Jellicent, Gastrodon, and Virizion are good choices for applying pressure to Rock- and Steel-type Pokemon. Cinccino benefits from teammates that can apply pressure to opposing Rock- and Steel-type Pokemon, such as Jellicent, Gastrodon, and Virizion. (this was way too long and could easily be shortened, plus, you didn't mention any pokemon that can presssure Ghosts in the second sentence.) Pairing Cincinno with Dark-type Pokemon such as Silvally-Dark, Scrafy Scrafty, and Malamar to take advantage of Ghost-type answers, specifically Sableye, is a good idea recommended (word choice, optional change), but you should make sure to have a solid answer to opposing Fighting-type Pokemons. Pokemon such as Indeedee-M and Rotom-S that can take advantage of Steelix and Escavalier missing their Leftover's recovery losing Leftovers recovery appreciate Cinccino's Knock Off support as well.

(first of all, bold your changes to drastically improve visibility)

It is held back by its inability to outspeed metagame relevant relevant metagame (there's nothing wrong with metagame-relevant, just needs a hyphen) threats such as Salazzle and Boltund, (AC) as well as its (both changes here are purely subjective) difficulty getting past certain Steel-, Ghost-, and Rock-type Pokemon. (fine here, but keep in mind for other cases that bullet seed is the subject of this sentence, not cinccino. using 'it' can lead to ambiguity) Knock Off not only heavily damages Ghost-types such as Rotom-N, but also serves to limit the longevity of its counters like Steelix and Escavalier by removing their Leftovers. In the final slot, U-turn is a great move to take advantage of the switches Cinccino forces, while Rock Blast allows you to get past Coalossal and Escavalier, two Pokemon that would otherwise counter this set.

Pairing Cincinno with Dark-type Pokemon such as Silvally-Dark, Scrafy Scrafty, and Malamar to take advantage of Ghost-type answers, specifically Sableye, is a good idea recommended (word choice, optional change), (don't bother unless you can make a strong case for your wording improving the analysis) but you should make sure to have a solid answer to opposing Fighting-type Pokemons. ('opposing' is seldom a necessary word; of course this sentence is referring to opponents' pokemon, you don't teambuild to answer your OWN team) Pokemon such as Indeedee-M and Rotom-S that can take advantage of Steelix and Escavalier missing their Leftover's recovery losing Leftovers recovery appreciate Cinccino's Knock Off support as well.
