I actully saw the LTI clan lately that are realy trying to get up in the ladder as a team, i thought why couldn't smogon try to implemnt this into showdown. it may be a little hard but i think it will bring even more competitiveness to competitive pokemon. with clan wars, trying to dominate the ladder, or just having fun.
i just thought of this i realy didnt think deep, but i think it could be a realy cool idea.

also look at the top of the page at the announcement.

anyway, smogon does not want to do anything with clans/leagues. if you really want to, make a skype/irc chat and organize it there.

This has been brought up before, it ain't gonna happen. There's no problem starting a grassroots clan yourself but I haven't seen any on PS; more of a PO thing.

Also yeah, rules please.
