[OVERVIEW]
Clefable can act as a decent wall in the CAP metagame thanks to a great ability in Magic Guard, decent defenses, reliable recovery in Soft-Boiled, and a great mono-Fairy typing. It has a great many utility moves, such as Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave, allowing it to support its team in several ways. These traits allow Clefable to check prominent Pokemon like non-Gunk Shot Greninja, Arghonaut, and Mega Alakazam. It is also capable of keeping Stealth Rock up against two of the most common Defoggers, Tornadus-T and Rotom-W due to its natural special bulk, in which Tornadus-T is crippled by Thunder Wave, while Rotom-W dislikes Knock Off due to its reliance to its item for recovery. However, Clefable is rather passive, inviting in Pokemon such as Magearna, Heatran, Mega Mawile, Mega Crucibelle, and Equilibra, which are able to threaten it out due to their type advantage, and Equilibra, in particular, is immune to Thunder Wave. Magearna and Mega Mawile can come in and set up while Heatran and Mega Crucibelle can use this opportunity to get up Stealth Rock, and all of them can threaten to KO Clefable. It is vulnerable to Knock Off because of its rather disappointing bulk, as Leftovers contributes largely to Clefable's ability to take hits. It can also be overwhelmed by powerful attacks, such as Never-Ending Nightmare from Pajantom and Gunk Shot from Greninja, which are Pokemon that Clefable can normally switch into. It also suffers from a four-moveslot syndrome, having to choose between its many utility moves and coverage options. Overall, Clefable holds its certain niche as a wall that is not affected by hazards and status, but is rather easily taken advantage of by many threats, making it a generally inferior choice for a defensive Pokemon.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Thunder Wave punishes would-be switch-ins like Magearna, Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Mega Crucibelle and slows down setup sweepers that may use Clefable as setup fodder, like Shift Gear Magearna and Aurumoth. Calm Mind improves Clefable's matchup against Tornadus-T and Rotom-W, allowing it to set up Stealth Rock more easily against them. It also lessens Clefable's passivity and allows Clefable to be a wincon once its checks are weakened or eliminated. Wish is an option alongside Soft-Boiled to heal teammates; Knock Off can be used to remove items from defensive checks like specially defensive Heatran, Celesteela, and Chansey, which rely on their items heavily; and Flamethrower is an option over Thunder Wave to lure Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor.

Set Details
========

A Calm nature with 32 Special Defense investment allows Clefable to live 3 Psychic from Timid Mega Alakazam from full health with Leftovers recovery. The rest is put into HP and Defense to improve Clefable's ability to wall physically offensive Pokemon like Garchomp and Hawlucha. Magic Guard complements Clefable's underwhelming bulk by making it immune to residual damage from status and entry hazards.

Usage Tips
========

Switch Clefable in on Pokemon it can check, like Mega Latios and Arghonaut, and use that turn to set up Stealth Rock, paralyze a foe with Thunder Wave, get rid of a switch-in's item, or heal a teammate with Wish. Be sure to always keep Clefable healthy, as it will be worn down quickly by constantly pivoting into threats and to set up Stealth Rock again. Do this by bringing it in on more passive Pokemon like defensive Jumbao and Arghonaut or other Pokemon it can safely check. You should be wary of Arghonaut's Knock Off, however, since Clefable relies on Leftovers to supports its only passable bulk. Thunder Wave is quite useful in crippling switch-ins like Heatran and Mega Crucibelle, so it should be used when Clefable is healthy enough and Stealth Rock has already been set up. However, Pokemon like Smokomodo are immune to it and can therefore get a free turn, so be considerate when using it. Knock Off is also quite useful in crippling Steel-types, as most of them rely solely on Leftovers, and Leech Seed, in Ferrothorn's and Celesteela's cases, so use it when predicting a Steel-type to switch in. Flamethrower can also chip down Steel-types, and other offensive Pokemon that are checked by Steel-types like Mega Alakazam and Mega Crucibelle appreciate the chip, allowing them to break through Steel-types much more easily. As Clefable invites in Steel-, Poison-, and Fire-types like Equilibra, Celesteela, Mega Crucibelle, and Smokomodo, use this to make double switches to Pokemon that can check or threaten them, like Heatran, Garchomp, Rotom-W, and Volkraken, to give yourself an advantage.

Team Options
========

Heatran, Volkraken, and Magnezone are great partners, threatening opposing Steel-type that annoy Clefable. In return, Clefable is also able to set up Stealth Rock, freeing up a moveslot on Heatran and chipping down foes that are forced to switch in to deal with them, and paralyze Water-types, Mega Alakazam, and Jumbao, as well as check Dragon-types like Garchomp and Mega Latios. Pokemon that deals with Fire-types like Arghonaut, Pajantom, and Toxapex work well with Clefable. Arghonaut can form a great defensive hazard stacking core while also being able to phaze foes out with Circle Throw, and appreciates Clefable checking Mgea Alakazam, Mega Latios, and Tornadus-T; Garchomp and Pajantom enjoy paralyzed foes that would either revenge kill them like Mega Latios and Greninja and appreciate Stealth Rock chipping down its switch-ins. Ferrothorn forms a formidable hazard stacking core with Clefable, and can check Pokemon like Mega Crucibelle, Fidgit, and Tapu Koko for Clefable, while Clefable can take on Fighting-types and certain Fighting-type coverage such as from Mega Alakazam. It also appreciates Clefable's resistance to Dark, lifting the pressure from Ferrothorn by taking Dark Pulse from Ash-Greninja.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
Ice Beam is another option if the team lacks a reliable way of checking Landorus-T and Gliscor, but leaves Clefable even more vulnerable to Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Magearna. Life Orb is a viable option to surprise Pokemon that usually takes advantage of Clefable's passivity. It should run maximum Special Attack investment and Magic Guard to negate Life Orb recoil. However, it faces a massive 4-moveslot syndrome between its many coverage moves in Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Psychic, and Hidden Power Ground. It faces huge competition from other Fairy-type wallbreakers like Magearna and Mega Mawile.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Magearna, Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Equilibra are examples of Steel-types that can switch into and threaten Clefable. Heatran can set up entry hazards, while it is immune to Flamethrower and does not fear Knock Off if it is holding a Z-Crystal; Mega Mawile and Magearna can set up on Clefable and force a teammate to take a huge hit; and Equilibra can switch in to throw off a Doom Desire and is immune to Thunder Wave. However, the former three dislikes paralysis.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types like Volcarona and Smokomodo can take advantage of Clefable, given that it doesn't have Thunder Wave in the Volcarona's cass, allowing it to set up Quiver Dance with no drawback. Smokomodo is even immune to Thunder Wave, can heal off chip damage with Morning Sun, and can use Taunt, invalidating Clefable.

**Powerful Wallbreakers**: Powerful wallbreakers like Choice Band Syclant, Guts Colossoil, and Tapu Lele, just to mention a few, can blow past Clefable with sheer power. A lot of them also don't fear Moonblast due to Clefable's low damage output, although they dislike Thunder Wave.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types like Mega Crucibelle and Fidgit can switch in and threaten Clefable with a super effective move or set up Stealth Rock. Fidgit, in particular, can set up Trick Room, allowing opposing Trick Room abusers like Mega Camerupt and Mega Mawile to come in and wreak havoc. However, Mega Crucibelle dislike being paralyzed.

[OVERVIEW]
*With a great ability in Magic Guard, solid decent defenses, reliable recovery in Soft-Boiled, and a great mono-Fairy typing, Clefable can act as a decent wall in the CAP metagame. Its defenses are relatively underwhelming.
*It also has a great many utility moves, such as Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave, allowing it to support its team in several ways.
*These traits allow Clefable to check prominent Pokemon like non-Gunk Shot Greninja, Arghonaut, Necturna, and Mega Latios. Clefable is closer to being setup bait for Necturna.
*Its other ability Unaware also allows it to check setup sweepers like non-Iron Head Cawmodore and Aurumoth.
There's no reason to mention this as if it's positive because Clefable never uses Unaware.
*It faces stiff competition as an Unaware user from Arghonaut, which can check top-tier threats like Heatran and Ash-Greninja, has better utility moves in Spikes and Circle Throw, and is superior in all of its base stats when compared to Clefable.
Yeah, not a fan of this comparison. The Overview should only talk about what's relevant to main sets with some niche mentions being thrown in if applicable, which isn't the case here.
*However, Clefable is rather passive, inviting in Pokemon such as Magearna, Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Mega Crucibelle, which are all able to threaten it out due to their type advantage. Mega Mawile's been picking up a bit lately so a mention of it feels appropriate.
*Being somewhat vulnerable to Knock Off is also quite annoying when using Clefable, as Leftovers allows it to survive moves that would otherwise 2HKO it. I think this can be attributed to its disappointing bulk, so I'd like to see this point focus more on that.
*It can also be overwhelmed by powerful attacks, such as Necturna's Power Whip and Pajantom's Never-Ending Nightmare. I'd like to keep it to Pokemon that Clefable is intended to check.
*It suffers greatly from a four-moveslot syndrome, having to choose between its many utility moves and coverage options. I think that greatly stresses the issue slightly too much.
*Overall, Clefable holds its certain niche as a wall that is not affected by hazards and status, but is rather easily taken advantage of by many threats, making it a generally inferior choice for a defensive Pokemon. Inferior to what Pokemon specifically?

Add a point about how it's capable of keeping Stealth Rock up against the most common Defoggers, Tornadus-T and Rotom-W.

name: Utility

move 2: Stealth Rock
move 3: Soft-Boiled
move 4: Thunder Wave / Calm Mind

I know I told you to just make the set Moonblast/Stealth Rock/Soft-Boiled/Thunder Wave, but after further discussion, we have come to the conclusion that Calm Mind is valuable enough to be a slash. Notably, Calm Mind helps Clefable keep up Stealth Rock against Tornadus-T and Rotom-W.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

*Thunder Wave allows Clefable to punish would-be switch-ins like Magearna and Mega Crucibelle. Paralyzing Heatran is massive.
Make sure to add Calm Mind here.

*Wish is an option alongside Soft-Boiled to heal teammates, but it is hard to give up the utility of its other moves. If used over Stealth Rock, the team would need to fit another Stealth Rock user while Clefable would allow threats to come in freely if Thunder Wave is not used.
*Knock Off can be used to remove items from defensive checks like Celesteela and Chansey, which rely on their items heavily Add Leftovers Heatran.
*Flamethrower is an option over Moonblast to lure Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Celesteela You never don't run Moonblast.

Set Details
========

*A Calm nature with 32 Special Defense investment allows Clefable to always live Timid Mega Alakazam's Psychic from full health with Leftovers recovery This sounds very confusing as it is right now. You make it sound like Mega Alakazam OHKOes Clefable otherwise.
*The rest is put into HP and Defense to improve Clefable's ability to wall physically offensive Pokemon Like?
I'd like to see an explanation of Magic Guard instead of Unaware. It's fine to do this because Unaware doesn't have a separate set.

Usage Tips
========

*Switch Clefable in on Pokemon it can check, like Mega Latios and Arghonaut, and use that turn to set up Stealth Rock or paralyze a foe with Thunder Wave.
*Be wary of Mega Diancie and Rebound Colossoil when using these utility moves, as they can prevent them and in put up Stealth Rock or paralyze Clefable in return. These situations don't really arise often enough for them to be explicitly mentioned.
*Be sure to always keep Clefable healthy, as it will be worn down quickly by constantly pivoting into threats. Do this by bringing it in on more passive Pokemon like Chansey and Arghonaut or Pokemon it can safely check. Chansey will always keep you below the % you want to be at. I think defensive Jumbao is a better example.
*Keeping Clefable healthy also allows you to set up Stealth Rock again if it is removed. Word this more like an actual usage tip.
*Thunder Wave is quite useful in crippling switch-ins like Heatran and Mega Crucibelle, so it should be used when Clefable is healthy enough and Stealth Rock has already been set up. However, Pokemon like Fidgit and Smokomodo are immune to it and can therefore get a free turn.
*Knock Off is also quite useful in crippling Steel-types, as most of them rely solely on Leftovers, and Leech Seed, in Ferrothorn's and Celesteela's cases, so use it when predicting a Steel-type to switch in to take a Moonblast. Just add Flamethrower to this point.
*Aside from Knock Off, Flamethrower is also quite useful in chipping Steel-types, especially for those teams with offensive Pokemon that are checked by Steel-types, like Mega Alakazam and Mega Crucibelle, as it allows them to break through Steel-types much more easily.

I want to see something about using Clefable to position yourself.

Team Options
========

*Heatran is a great partner, threatening opposing Steel-type that annoy Clefable. Clefable is also able to set up Stealth Rock and paralyze Water-types, Mega Alakazam, and Jumbao, as well as check Dragon-types. This doesn't really connect the points, which you should. I think Magnezone is also pretty good for this.
*Pokemon that deals with Fire-types like Arghonaut, Garchomp, Pajantom, and Toxapex work well with Clefable. Arghonaut can form a great defensive hazard stacking core while Garchomp and Pajantom enjoy paralyzed foes. Remove the Garchomp mention, it doesn't really fit the flow of teams that Clefable finds itself on.
*Setup sweepers like Aurumoth and Necturna enjoy the Stealth Rock support, as well as Clefable potentially paralyzing some of their checks like Choice Scarf Volkraken. Aurumoth also enjoys Clefable's ability to set up Stealth Rock against stall teams with Mega Sableye.
See above.
*Ferrothorn forms a formidable hazard stacking core with Clefable, and can check Pokemon like Caribolt, Mega Crucibelle, Fidgit, and Tapu Koko for Clefable, while Clefable can take on Fighting-types and certain Fighting-type coverage such as from Mega Alakazam. Mention Clefable's resistance to Dark.
*Pokemon that can take advantage of Defoggers or spinners like Tornadus-T and Fidgit are useful for helping Clefable keep Stealth Rock up on the field. Examples include Heatran, Choice Scarf Volkraken, and Tapu Koko.
You beat Tornadus-T and Fidgit is rarely run as a Rapid Spin user anymore.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
*Ice Beam is another option if the team lacks a reliable way of checking Landorus-T and Gliscor, but leaves Clefable even more vulnerable to Heatran.
*A Calm Mind set can potentially work as a sweeper, but it is very hard to find an opening for Clefable to set up, as there are many top-tier threats that can deal massive damage to it like Mega Crucibelle and Kitsunoh. Slashed
*Unaware can be used on stall teams as a check to setup sweepers like Hawlucha or Cawmodore, but it is generally outclassed by Arghonaut due to its superior stats, and ability to fit on a wider variety of teams.
It just can't.
Mention Life Orb.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Heatran, Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Kitsunoh are examples of Steel-types that can switch into and threaten Clefable. The former two can set up entry hazards, while Heatran is immune to Flamethrower and does not fear Knock Off if it is holding a Z-Crystal. However, none of them enjoy being paralyzed. Knock Off cripples Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Kitsunoh pretty badly. Limber is something that you see sometimes on Kitsunoh so mention that. I'd like to see a Mega Mawile mention too.

**Poison-types**: Poison-typea like Mega Crucibelle and Fidgit can switch in and threaten Clefable with a super effective move or set up Stealth Rock. Fidgit, in particular, can set up Trick Room. However, Mega Crucibelle dislike being paralyzed.

**Fire-types**: Heatran, Volcarona, and Smokomodo are examples of Fire-types that can take advantage of Clefable, given that it doesn't have Thunder Wave in the former two's case. Smokomodo is even immune to Thunder Wave, can heal off chip damage with Morning Sun, and can use Taunt, invalidating Clefable.

**Taunt**: Clefable is easily shut down by Taunt as most of the moves it brings are status moves. This includes Pokemon like Heatran, Tornadus-T, and Smokomodo.

There's a lot of double mentions, please keep every Pokemon exclusive to one section. Additionally, I'd like to see Fire-types and powerful wallbreakers mentioned before Poison-types.

I know that this looks like a lot, but don't feel discouraged by it. A lot of the basic ideas are already there, but I believe that you should expand on most of them, which is what my comments mostly focus on. Feel free to ask me for any help while implementing this check. Once this is implemented, I'll stamp it.

It should look out for Knock Off from Tornadus-T and Thunder Wave from Rotom-W, however. Moves

*Thunder Wave allows Clefable to punish would-be switch-ins like Magearna, Heatran, and Mega Crucibelle. Thunder Wave goes a long way against Mega Mawile so mention it too.
*
Calm Mind allows Clefable act as a setup sweeper and improves its matchup against Tornadus-T and Rotom-W, allowing it to set up Stealth Rock more easily against them. It also lessens Clefable's passivity. This should solely focus on its improved matchup against Tornadus-T and Rotom-W; it's not a setup sweeper.
*Wish is an option alongside Soft-Boiled to heal teammates, but it is hard to give up the utility of its other moves. If used over Stealth Rock, the team would need to fit another Stealth Rock user while Clefable would allow threats to come in freely if Thunder Wave is not used.

*A Calm nature with 32 Special Defense investment allows Clefable to live 3 Psychic from Timid Mega Alakazam from full health with Leftovers recovery.
*The rest is put into HP and Defense to improve Clefable's ability to wall physically offensive Pokemon like Weavile and Hawlucha.
252 Atk Choice Band Weavile Icicle Crash vs. 252 HP / 224 Def Clefable: 195-231 (49.4 - 58.6%) -- 69.5% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Replace it with something like Garchomp.

*Magic Guard complements Clefable's underwhelming bulk by making it immune to residual damage and and?

Usage Tips

*Switch Clefable in on Pokemon it can check, like Mega Latios and Arghonaut, and use that turn to set up Stealth Rock or paralyze a foe with Thunder Wave. Can be used to use Knock Off or Wish too.
*Be sure to always keep Clefable healthy, as it will be worn down quickly by constantly pivoting into threats. Do this by bringing it in on more passive Pokemon like defensive Jumbao and Arghonaut or other Pokemon it can safely check.

However, Pokemon like Fidgit and Smokomodo are immune to it and can therefore get a free turn, so be considerate when using it. Fidgit is run on Trick Room teams, which don't really care about Thunder Wave - other sets barely exist anymore, so I don't think it's notable enough to get an explicit mention.
*Knock Off is also quite useful in crippling Steel-types, as most of them rely solely on Leftovers, and Leech Seed, in Ferrothorn's and Celesteela's cases, so use it when predicting a Steel-type to switch in. Flamethrower can also chip down Steel-types, and other offensive Pokemon that are checked by Steel-types like Mega Alakazam and Mega Crucibelle appreciate the chip, allowing them to break through Steel-types much more easily.
*As Clefable invites in common Steel-, Poison-, and Fire-types, use this to make double switches to Pokemon that can check or threaten them, like Heatran, Arghonaut, and Volkraken, to give yourself an advantage and potentially weaken their team. That's what giving yourself an advantage is.

Team Options

*Heatran and Magnezone are great partners, threatening opposing Steel-type that annoy Clefable. It also appreciates Clefable's resistance to Dark, lifting the pressure from Ferrothorn by taking Dark Pulse from Ash-Greninja and checking Dark-types like Tyranitar and Weavile.

Other Options
=============
*Ice Beam is another option if the team lacks a reliable way of checking Landorus-T and Gliscor, but leaves Clefable even more vulnerable to Heatran.
*Life Orb is a viable option to surprise Pokemon that usually takes advantage of Clefable's passivity. It should run maximum Special Attack investment and Magic Guard to negate Life Orb recoil. The moves are up to your choice, with Moonblast and Soft-Boiled being must-have moves; Psyshock helps deal with Poison-types, Fire Blast can deal with most Steel-types bar Heatran, and BoltBeam coverage is quite useful alongside Moonblast, having virtually no resistances. I don't think you should merge Thunderbolt and Ice Beam because they can be run separately. Hidden Power Ground catches Mega Crucibelle and Heatran while Calm Mind allows it to break stall, mention both as options.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Kitsunoh are examples of Steel-types that can switch into and threaten Clefable. The former two Heatran can set up entry hazards, while Heatran is immune to Flamethrower and does not fear Knock Off if it is holding a Z-Crystal. Stealth Rock Mega Mawile sucks, make sure to reword this accordingly. However, none of them enjoy being paralyzed, although Kitsunoh may sometimes run Limber, allowing it to switch in without fear.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types like Volcarona and Smokomodo are examples of Fire-types that can take advantage of Clefable, given that it doesn't have Thunder Wave in the former two's case. Former two? There's only 2 examples, of which one doesn't even care about Thunder Wave, which you assess later. Smokomodo is even immune to Thunder Wave, can heal off chip damage with Morning Sun, and can use Taunt, invalidating Clefable.

**Powerful Wallbreakers**: Powerful wallbreakers like Choice Band Syclant, Guts Colossoil, Tapu Lele, and Garchomp, just to mention a few, can blow past Clefable with sheer power. Garchomp doesn't just overwhelm it 1 2 3, it actually has to make a few plays, 3 examples are fine. A lot of them also don't fear Moonblast due to Clefable's low damage output.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types like Mega Crucibelle and Fidgit can switch in and threaten Clefable with a super effective move or set up Stealth Rock. Fidgit, in particular, can set up Trick Room. Explain why this is important. However, Mega Crucibelle dislike being paralyzed.

**Taunt**: Clefable is easily shut down by Taunt as most of the moves it brings are status moves. This includes Pokemon like Heatran, Tornadus-T, and Smokomodo. Just mention Taunt where you already mention Heatran and Smokomodo.

*Keep Clefable healthy so you can set up Stealth Rock again if it is removed. Combine this with the point above, and mention that it should be wary of Arghonaut's Knock Off, since it needs Leftovers to able to augment its rather ok bulk
*Thunder Wave is quite useful in crippling switch-ins like Heatran and Mega Crucibelle, so it should be used when Clefable is healthy enough and Stealth Rock has already been set up. However, Pokemon like Smokomodo are immune to it and can therefore get a free turn, so be considerate when using it.
*As Clefable invites in common Steel-, Poison-, and Fire-types, Try and use relevant metagame examples as much as possible use this to make double switches to Pokemon that can check or threaten them, like Heatran, Arghonaut, and Volkraken, to give yourself an advantage.

Team Options
========

*Heatran, Volkraken and Magnezone are great partners, threatening opposing Steel-type that annoy Clefable.
*Pokemon that deals with Fire-types like Arghonaut, Pajantom, and Toxapex work well with Clefable. Arghonaut can form a great defensive hazard stacking core while Garchomp and Pajantom enjoy paralyzed foes. Can you elaborate more on how and why these Pokemon benefit from Clefable's presence on a team and vice versa. Also try and mention specific Pokemon that Garchomp and Pajantom enjoy being paralyzed.
*Ferrothorn forms a formidable hazard stacking core with Clefable, and can check Pokemon like Mega Crucibelle, Fidgit, and Tapu Koko for Clefable, while Clefable can take on Fighting-types and certain Fighting-type coverage such as from Mega Alakazam. It also appreciates Clefable's resistance to Dark, lifting the pressure from Ferrothorn by taking Dark Pulse from Ash-Greninja and checking Dark-types like Tyranitar and Weavile. As mentioned by Jordy, Band Weavile can overpower with Icicle Crash, so specifically mention Choice Scarfed variants, and Mega Tyranitar has enough bulk to to take a Moonblast if sand is up and retaliate with STAB Stone Edge.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
*Ice Beam is another option if the team lacks a reliable way of checking Landorus-T and Gliscor, but leaves Clefable even more vulnerable to Heatran, Mega Mawile and Magearna.
*Life Orb is a viable option to surprise Pokemon that usually takes advantage of Clefable's passivity. It should run maximum Special Attack investment and Magic Guard to negate Life Orb recoil. Mention that Life Orb sets have several drawbacks that prevent it from being a detailed set, such as low speed for an offensive Pokemon and the severe competition that it faces as a Fairy type wallbreaker.
*The moves are up to your choice, with Moonblast and Soft-Boiled being must-have moves: Psyshock helps deal with Poison-types; Fire Blast can deal with most Steel-types bar Heatran; Thunderbolt nails Celesteela and Volkraken while maintaining great coverage alongside Moonblast; Ice Beam catches Ground-types like Landorus-T, Fidgit, and Gliscor; Hidden Power Ground hits Heatran, Mega Crucibelle, and Smokomodo for super effective damage; and Calm Mind allows Clefable to become a stallbreaker. All this proves is that the Life Orb set has crippling 4MSS. Please condense this into the Life Orb mention and rephrase this to highlight that.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Steel-types**: Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Kitsunoh Magearna are examples of Steel-types that can switch into and threaten Clefable. Heatran can set up entry hazards, while it is immune to Flamethrower and does not fear Knock Off if it is holding a Z-Crystal. Mention how Mega Mawile and Magearna takes advantage of Clefable. However, none of them enjoy being paralyzed, although Kitsunoh may sometimes run Limber, allowing it to switch in without fear.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types like Volcarona and Smokomodo are examples of Fire-types that can take advantage of Clefable, given that it doesn't have Thunder Wave in the Volcarona's case. Please emphazise how just how much of a liability non Thunder Wave Clefable is against Volcarona and why.

A lot of them also don't fear Moonblast due to Clefable's low damage output. Mention that most of the wallbreakers detest being hit by either Thunder Wave

These traits allow Clefable to check prominent Pokemon like non-Gunk Shot Greninja, Arghonaut, and Mega Latios. (Zam>Lati here) It is also capable of keeping Stealth Rock up against two of the most common Defoggers, Tornadus-T and Rotom-W due to its natural special bulk, in which Tornadus-T is crippled by Thunder Wave, while Rotom-W dislikes Knock Off due to its reliance to its item for recovery. However, Clefable is rather passive, inviting in Pokemon such as Magearna, Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Mega Crucibelle, which are all able to threaten it out due to their type advantage. It can also be overwhelmed by powerful attacks, such as Pajantom's Never-Ending Nightmare and suffers from a four-moveslot syndrome, having to choose between its many utility moves and coverage options (Split this into two sentences and explain that these attacks come from pokemon that it would like to switch in to. You can use NEN from paj and Gunk from gren as examples).Overall, Clefable holds its certain niche as a wall that is not affected by hazards and status, but is rather easily taken advantage of by many threats, making it a generally inferior choice for a defensive Pokemon.

Moves
========

Thunder Wave punishes would-be switch-ins like Magearna, Heatran, Mega Mawile, and Mega Crucibelle (Add that it can slow down setup users that may take advantage of it, like Shift Gear Magearna and Aurumoth). Calm Mind improves Clefable's matchup against Tornadus-T and Rotom-W, allowing it to set up Stealth Rock more easily against them. It also lessens Clefable's passivity (Add that it allows Clefable to act as a wincon lategame once checks have been weakened). The last slot is rather flexible (This sentence makes it sound like we just moved onto the last slot even though we've already discussed twave and cm). Wish is an option alongside Soft-Boiled to heal teammates; Knock Off can be used to remove items from defensive checks like specially defensive Heatran, Celesteela and Chansey, which rely on their items heavily; and Flamethrower is an option over Thunder Wave to lure Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Celesteela Mega Scizor.

Set Details
========

Usage Tips
========

Clefable can act as a decent wall in the CAP metagame thanks to a great an excellent (I recommend using as varied adjectives as possible to make your analysis more attractive) ability in Magic Guard, decent defenses, reliable recovery in Soft-Boiled, (RC) and a great typing in the form of mono-Fairy typing.
