Approved Close team folders by default

I suggested this before where it gained a lot of support but was rejected because despite the support the status was never changed to approved. I keep running into the same issue and many others do too so I'm going to just suggest it again because

this is what my builder looks like

(blurred because I'm in the middle of a tournament and the team names leak what the teams are)

and it completely defeats the purpose of folders for organisation if I need to spend half a minute finding the right folder in my mountain of teams.

Edit: A persistent toggle of sorts would also be acceptable but I think collapsed folders make more sense as the default behaviour
