I'm curious, are there certain pokes that go out of stock quicker than others?

For sure! Tapu Lele, Tapu Fini, Celesteela, Snorlax probably go the quickest, while Ninetales and Gyarados rarely get requested. It's mostly a matter of what is easier and harder to obtain, I think!
