This Tapu Koko is an event, so it can't be traded through the GTS, sorry. You can follow the instructions for requesting an event Pokémon to schedule a direct trade for it.

That's a very good question! If I had to take a bet, I think they might reintroduce the move in the future, but with different mechanics not tied to the IVs, or they might change Unown's move to a new, unique one. But I would bet they're not in a hurry to reintroduce it!

Unfortunately, it seems like somebody erased your Cutiefly's GTS existence? I wasn't able to find it :/
