I only see shinies and legendaries in your thread. Would you trade any of those for the Zubat or do you have anything else?
The only thing I'd really "need" is the Mewtwo to complete my set of flawless pentagon Kanto legendaries in Master Balls.
You can have multiple of the breedables for the Mewtwo if you want. I do realize that Zubat for Mewtwo is not a fair trade.

Hey Nelson, would you be willing to trade my shiny adamant 31/31/31/xx/31/31 Charizard (no egg moves, unfortunately. Had to rebreed once I realised that :P) for your Tornadus and/or Thundrus, both with the nicknames you say are cheap with? Also could I get one of those Zapdos if we go ahead with the trade?
I already have an Adamant shiny 'zard that I'm happy with. Also... there is no Thundurus in here for trade. If you want one of the nicknamed Tornadus, I might trade it for a shiny depending on what and if it's nicknamable or not/fully evolved or not. Though I'm probably not interested in it if it's fully evolved and stuck with an English name.

Oops sorry was looking in the trophy case :P How about a shiny female love ball Gengar for Tornadus?
Gengar is my favorite Pokémon, which is why I already have 4 different shiny Gengar, including one in a Love Ball. It would probably be easier if you posted a list of all the flawless shinies you have for trade.
I'll only list a few that I've re-bred, as the rest are p much my 'trophy case'
