I stumbled on your wants list and found that I might be able to assist further:
I have a shiny Diancie from a user on Smogon who got it from Pokemon Showdown. It's IV spread is 31/X/31/31/31/31 and its timid.
I can, of course understand you may be cautious of this due to its origin. So I can also offer a 31/X/31/29/31/31 timid Diancie from a legitimate Wondercard that I reset myself.

I have that too, from Kaushik right? He gave away his resetted Diancie but notified me afterwards it wasn't considered legal due to his 3DS not matching the Wondercard (region spoofing).
So yeah, not really interested.
I apologise for offering it if it isn't legal I didn't realise.
I'm going to have to read up on that subject because I don't understand the difference between this and injecting a Wondercard or even using an emulator (old sea map for example) if he had region spoofed it would have a Japanese name wouldn't it?

Does anyone have any suggestions of making the thread more visually appealing? I find it missing a certain je-ne-sais-quoi.
You could ask someone to do banners for you, that would help your thread's visuals greatly; tinkering with your 'mons formatting to be more colorful and "appealing" might help as well, but needless to say the latter is completely up to you.
Any suggestions for this? I was planning on doing banners myself.
I personally use "strong" colors (I personally use red) to highlight a 'mon's boosted stat in its respective IV, its Shininess without only using the boring Shiny star sprite, its Hidden Power and "special" moves like XD/event ones to help people tell them apart from more conventional tutor moves; aligning the 'mons in the center instead of a side might help as well. I consider this a bit subjective though, so these changes mostly depends on your personal taste.
No, I'm very interested. I've been told people various times people skim over some interesting Pokémon because the list's a bit flabby, so any suggestions are more than welcome.
This was on emulator. Though it's all technically possible on retail. Much like how thorough Emerald RNG is technically possible on retail as well.

I do not sadly, Shieldon in balls besides dream seems to be a lot rarer then the other fossils over all.
